Jersey Mike's Subs in Newark

“I came in past two days this week with my daughter and our sandwiches were really fresh and delicious! The owner was so nice he even remembered my order from the day before. Just wanted to post how nice and clean this facility is and how great the staff is :)“

“I ordered a sandwich online, went to pick it up and it was not what I wanted 😒 after looking back online and realizing I messed up my own order, but the guys in the store was so pleasant and nice and they also redid my sandwich for me just the way I wanted it, thank you guys, oh how I wished I could have asked for their names so I can give them props I would come back here again and again.“

“Got a #17 Classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was great. Bread was nicely grilled and the cheese, sweet onions and beef weren't overcooked. The one employee handling the payments tried to charge me for two different sandwiches even though I told her I only ordered one and my hands were clearly empty. She was annoyed and then asked the other employee grilling my sandwich to confirm. The 4 other employees were fine and did their job without any fuss. Wait time is about 20-30 mins as many people are lined up. Make sure you look at the PoS (point of sale) screen to see if they are correctly charging you, seems to be a common issue among the reviews.“
