“The Charley’s Cheesesteak at the Staten Island Mall consistently provides everything you expect of the frequented chain, with excellent, prompt service,, alongside fresh, hot, and customized meals. I’ve eaten at this particular Charley’s dozens of times, and it’s truly consistent.

Importantly, within the Charley’s app you have the ability to earn rewards and it doesn’t take long before you earn them. Sometimes before I order my food, I check if there are any rewards or offers available and very frequently there is. For example, a five dollar discount on a meal, or points toward components of a meal.

An additional feature I like a lot about Charley’s Is that the food is served in paper and the restaurant chain uses little if no plastic in a meal, perhaps except for the lid on your soda or other drink but you can request to have no late period keeping the meal healthy and environmentally friendly all around.

“I really enjoyed grabbing breakfast here. The bagels are super fresh and come out warm, which makes such a big difference in the morning. They have a huge selection of cream cheeses and sandwich options, so it’s easy to find something you like. The staff was quick and kept everything moving, even when it got a little busy.“

“The garlic knot chicken sandwich with vodka sauce and mozzarella cheese...GO GET IT. This is not a restaurant so there are no seats to eat inside but they have two tables outside. Customer service is great and quick. Nice menu variety as well.“

“I haven't eaten here in years but the Italian chicken sandwich I had about 17 years ago is worth a late review... It was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. “I tried a hot sub for the first time at Subs & Co and it was mouth watering. The bread was nice and fresh and the cheese pulls did not miss. The staff were really nice and i got my food in less then 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this place and i will be going back there.“

“I have visited Charley’s Bayonne twice and both times I had a positive experience.

The first time I was there I dined-in. They have a huge dine in area with lots of tables. The order was ready within 10 minutes and my wife and I enjoyed our Philly cheesesteaks.

I downloaded their app and created an account which gave me a $5 credit for my next purchase so I ordered through the app and picked up. This time I ordered a Bacon Cheesesteak which was also tasty. As soon as I arrived (approximately 10 minutes after I had placed the order) the order was ready and properly packed with each cheesesteak in a separate box (much better than Subway’s packaging). I also ordered a side of cheese sauce but I do not recommend it. It was cold and tasteless, much different than Wendy’s cheese sauce.

Both times I visited were on a weekend early afternoon and both times the place was dead. I’m not sure if it gets busier later or during weekdays but I hope this business survives because I definitely recommend it.
