A Staten Island institution, Skippy's has the best hot dogs and Dawn gives the best service. Eat in your car or on a bench. Ask to try a hot sauce. The Wally Dogs and Chili and Cheese Dogs are banging. Delicious diet black cherry soda too! A real home run! Great food truck experience!Parking: Parking behind the truck is best.
Best place to go and have some homemade onions and great service. It's really sad she is selling her truck.
