Man this place is too good to be true. The bagels are standard NYC highlight. The coffee if you are into Starbucks, that plus more. Real NYC deli experience and some. A true NYC deli experience for half the price twice the quality/institution welcome to a true Staten Island institution.
You would think, after receiving over 100+ reviews about your nasty toxic staff, you would perhaps realize something is wrong with your employees. My guess is that it’s family so they feel they can be nasty to you without consequences.Insane that they would rather lose multiple thousands of dollars in revenue rather than speak a few select words to employees. Words like “please grow up”, or “please do not be nasty to customers that pay our bills”. lol what a funny weird...read full review

Unfortunately I can not recommend this place for order accuracy. From my experience, you need to order something other than bagels because they can't get the bagels right. Also I wouldn't expect toast to be as requested light/dark. A few months ago, we went in person to order and pick up food for 5 people. The simplest item ordered was a plain bagel with regular cream cheese, got home to find out that they put veggie cream cheese which is not what the person ordered or wanted....read full review
