As someone with high expectations, the coffee and vibes definitely matched them. Ron helped me decide on the Red eye as my choice and I’m glad he did. “I’ve tried a bunch of their roasts and they are delicious. I’d like to order their coffee on a regular basis, but unfortunately their time window for shipping is unreliable. I ordered three pounds of coffee last Friday, and immediately received a confirmation of my order in my email. By Tuesday, I received no further notice. After emailing late that day, asking when I could expect my order to ship, I received a note saying I should allow 4-5 days. On Wednesday, I received a notice that my order was “on the way.” In reality, Unique created a UPS label, and nothing more. It’s Thursday evening, and UPS is still waiting for the delivery. This is not the first time that this has happened. It may be the last. Maybe they are too busy filling the orders for the big box stores to be bothered. I don’t expect an overnight delivery, but is it too much to ask for an honest delivery date?“

“I'm incredibly thankful to the employees during the 3pm shift on 8/22/19. Here's my story: I stopped at Starbucks to get the "50% off Grande and larger frappucinos". I ordered my drink and used 50 Stars for a bakery item. While I was waiting for my drink, another customer was grabbing his order and noticed it was wrong. He had an attitude about it, but another barista apologized and fixed his order. Now there's a Tall iced coffee, with milk and classic syrup, available on the counter. The barista offered it to me. I asked if he was sure and he told me that they would just throw it out anyway. Cool. Coffee for my mom. I also asked about the nitro brew because all of the other Starbucks I've been to didn't have it working or have the device at all. This location has, for the past year [supposedly]. I had heard, on a facebook comment on a nitro starbucks post, that if you ask for a sample, some locations may give you one. I asked for a sample, expecting a shot, and she gives me a Tall. First cup from the new tank. Sweet! 3 drinks and pumpkin loaf for $6 and change. 😁 Wonderful location with nice staff.
