My only complaint here: the surroundings the environment is run down and looks dirty ...hardly appealing to new residents or potential customers coming thru the neighborhood would be easily turned off by the way the atmosphere is kept and the lack of nicely kept landscaping - esthetically investing in A major overhaul and some system of cleanliness of the drive thru area would be extremely helpful and ideal. If you go elsewhere you find this to be less an issue. “We are learning about Taiwan in school and decided to try Bubble Tea. The employees were very kind and explained how Bubble tea originated from Taiwan, gave our children stickers and helped them through their first time eating the Boba. I love that they have caffeine free and low sugar options.

“I go to this dunkin donuts every morning, being that it's small the workers are nice, they try to get you out of there as fast as they can, but above all it's a great place to get ur coffee. “I want to highlight Allyson and Khuram work ethic. This new Dunkin is the cleanest, fastest, most efficient Dunkin I have ever been at in my life. The environment provided by these 2 really made all the difference. Allyson legit made my day. Her smile is contagious, i saw her serve about 5 customers in a row with nothing but a pleasant smile and helpful demeanor. I literally had to approach her and let her know what a great job she was doing. It’s so hard to find a decent environment to work in, and I found it within their service. They made the coffees so fast and perfect, Allyson was cleaning the whole place (even tho it’s already glistening). She went above and beyond into making my experience a great one while I worked at the charging station. This is my new favorite Dunkin because of them. The first day they opened Khuram and another server were nothing but welcoming to the new joint. Nothing but pleasant experiences, great service, even better coffee, and a clean environment because of Allyson and Khuram. I’ll be back for more just for them. 10/10 experience.“

“I’ve tried a bunch of their roasts and they are delicious. I’d like to order their coffee on a regular basis, but unfortunately their time window for shipping is unreliable. I ordered three pounds of coffee last Friday, and immediately received a confirmation of my order in my email. By Tuesday, I received no further notice. After emailing late that day, asking when I could expect my order to ship, I received a note saying I should allow 4-5 days. On Wednesday, I received a notice that my order was “on the way.” In reality, Unique created a UPS label, and nothing more. It’s Thursday evening, and UPS is still waiting for the delivery. This is not the first time that this has happened. It may be the last. Maybe they are too busy filling the orders for the big box stores to be bothered. I don’t expect an overnight delivery, but is it too much to ask for an honest delivery date?“

This location has a drive thru and small parking lot in the front as well. Also there is a sitting area to relax and enjoy your food. Free WiFi is decent as well.

“I LOVE EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE. LITERALLY. Not to mention I had to go back and edit my comment after I read all the other comments and had to just state, every time I go into that place I have nothing but positive vibes from anyone and everyone behind that counter. I also happen know most of them on a first name basis just being a consistent customer and being how nice and friendly they all are!! BOTH LOCATIONS!! They literally make my day better just by them making a bomb a** smoothie/bowl. Also had to mention every time I have went in they are always busy working never seen anyone doing a tiktok?? Ive only ever seen them either with a line of customers, cleaning or taking out trash..? AND !! The fruit is ALWAYS deeeeelicious, fresh and RIPE ?? #nofilter … I thank God for PLAYABOWLS? Wish I had more pictures!! And the inside of both places have stunning artwork / atmosphere !!?“
