“Menchies is a good addition to the neighborhood especially in the warmer months. I like how they have cool flavors in rotation from hersheys chocolate to dubi chocolate or hi chew jolly rancher flavors. I always opt for their original tart and strawberry serve because all the toppings blend very well with these two flavors combined. The machines are in good shape and the yogurt is chilled at a good temperature. I also like that majority of the flavors are low calorie or not too high in sugar. The toppings bar is endless with amazing chocolate candy or cake toppings, i love the gummy candy and cheesecake bites the most. This place does get messy but the employees kind of check every now and then. Its annoying that some utensils go missing like tongs and serving spoons. They also have decent strawberries and pineapple but i wish they expanded on more fresh fruit toppings. The waffle cones and waffle cookies are also a fun option ! The cashiers are really friendly and they don’t act like they hate their jobs. The lines move fast. The prices are decent- got two big froyos with toppings for $16. The tables and chairs here are kinda dirty. I wish staff would wipe down surfaces more often. I do like that this place has an app for rewards and good sales for Disney collaborations (sometimes even free) and its nice that they constantly do fundraisers for their local charities plus children charities or sports leagues. I would come back here to try their cool cakes and seasonal stuff for holidays.“

“Extremely clean environment and very friendly n helpful staff... I loved the choices of protein and salad mixes... however- although I ordered 3 proteins, the salmon, shrimp n Ahi tuna; I wasn’t crazy about the Ahi tuna. It had no taste and the texture was spongy- my choice of the sesame dressing left the salad very wet and soggy by the time I got it home! I suggest eating there or ask for the dressing on the side!!! Bubble Tea’s & ice cream flavors were AWSOME!!! I highly recommend...“

“This isn't the first time I went to Ralph's. It was in the summer right after I came from Jimmy Max With a bunch of People. 70 degrees, perfect weather and a good time to have a Frozen treat.??? Last time I had coconut flavored Italian ice, this time I had pina colada cream ice. In this location is like a little plaza and it had a spot which showed a whole menu. They even had ice cream, smoothies, cream iced and many more. I looked in the window where they prep the ice cream and it smelled like fun. ? I think I might want to come back some more flavors to try out.???“

“Before walking into carvel, I had hurt my finger and was in need of a bandaid. I ended up asking the worker and he looked very concerned for me. He ended up taking out a first aid kit and put the bandaid on me with a healing jelly thingy. He didn’t have too, but he did. I think that shows how much he cares about his customers. “As another Great season of delicious italian ices from Ralphs comes to an end I would like to speak for all customers when I say that this years customer service was the best in recent years. The staff is made up of high school and college students that were extremely nice. In the many times I visited Ralphs this year, I was greeted by a worker named Bill on multiple occasions. Bill, always wearing his green Yankee baseball cap, was very helpful and outgoing and would usually give me the weekly breakdown on the yankees season which I quickly started to look foward to on my trips to Ralphs. All in all this location is the best by far in Staten Island. Can’t wait for you to be open again!!“

They have so many different flavors that it was actually hard to decide, but everything I sampled tasted really fresh and authentic. The service was quick and the staff were super friendly, even with a line starting to form. “I always get great service at this carvel have a couple of young kids who go to college and work there and they are very well trained and very kind ...and the place was spotless very very clean..it is nothing like the other carvel on Amboy road across from stop and shop now that store is disgusting very dirty even the people are dirty as can be...and 1 last thing that disgusted me they don't have a working cash register they give you change from dirty taped on cups that look like they have been there for years and after the give out the change to the customer right away they scream out next in line and person didn't even wash there hands after reaching in that filthy cup of dirty change ?????“

As soon as I walked in, the employees greeted me with a smile and told me if I had any questions I could ask them. Throughout the experience, the employees helped me with choosing flavors and were extremely kind. Also, the store was very clean.“

“Stopping at Shake Shack in Empire Outlets turned out to be a nice break while spending time around the Staten Island Ferry and the waterfront. Ordering was simple, and my food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Everything arrived fresh and looked just as expected. The burger was juicy, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the fries were hot and crispy. It was the kind of meal that delivers exactly what you hope for when you stop at Shake Shack. The quality was consistent, and the portions were satisfying.
