“From what I've heard this is the first location that opened in 1949 and is a Staten Island classic. I got a Cherry Cola ice, and it was pretty good. I'd probably pick a different flavor next time, but it was refreshing. FYI, they're cash only.“
“Thank u for the beautiful cake for my sons 5th birthday. Excellent service from start to finish. So many conpliments and my son wss so happy. Best experience working with any carvel and I have used several for cakes throughout the years. The woman who took my order was kind and patient and texted images with me until I was happy with the cake. Never once complained.“

“Extremely clean environment and very friendly n helpful staff... I loved the choices of protein and salad mixes... however- although I ordered 3 proteins, the salmon, shrimp n Ahi tuna; I wasn’t crazy about the Ahi tuna. It had no taste and the texture was spongy- my choice of the sesame dressing left the salad very wet and soggy by the time I got it home! I suggest eating there or ask for the dressing on the side!!! Bubble Tea’s & ice cream flavors were AWSOME!!! I highly recommend...“

“Nice, clean place. Prices are decent for the ice-cream and sherbet. My favorites are the pink grapefruit sherbet, and lemon sherbet. For the ice creams, the taro and sesame are pretty good as well. It's a busy area, no parking lot only street parking.“
“Always stop here on our way to visit family especially for birthday cakes but this time was dissapointed in both the size of the square $25.99 cake and its design. 1st the cake looked like it was shorter and missing a layer but the worst part was the blue DYE in the decoration. It was so dark it got on everyone's fingers, mouths and hands and wouldn't come off! The design wasn't as nice either. Please look into other less messy alternative dyes so people are not subjected to the mess we were!“
“Hi, everyone. Hope you are well. I just got a delivery of some Ralph's Italian Ices. Don't know about you, but I'm in need of some comfort food right now and ice cream makes me happy. Since Amazon and Fresh Direct are out of time slots and I'm too chicken to venture out, I sought the help of the trusty food delivery app. Good thing Ralph's Italian Ices is available online. Every time I go to a Ralph's on Staten Island, there is always a line and it's cash only. Through the app, I am able to order many flavors with no stress. I received delivery within half an hour of my order. Here is what I ordered (don't judge, this will have to last me for awhile and who knows what will happen to restaurants soon): Cremalata Spumoni Cherry cola Jelly ring (my favorite! So many bits of Jelly Ring!) Peach (bits of peach inside) Passion fruit Pina colada Pineapple Hope Ralph's stays open during this difficult time to help us through this. “This isn't the first time I went to Ralph's. It was in the summer right after I came from Jimmy Max With a bunch of People. 70 degrees, perfect weather and a good time to have a Frozen treat.??? Last time I had coconut flavored Italian ice, this time I had pina colada cream ice. In this location is like a little plaza and it had a spot which showed a whole menu. They even had ice cream, smoothies, cream iced and many more. I looked in the window where they prep the ice cream and it smelled like fun. ? I think I might want to come back some more flavors to try out.???“
“Excellent quality - both Italian ice and ice cream - so many flavors to choose from. Probably the best ice on the island. In my personal opinion most flavors beat Ralph’s Italian ice by a mile. Fresher fruit flavors, creamier and more flavorful. Five stars for them from me!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“I love Ralph’s I have been coming here since a kid my day use to take me to the one in port Richmond. I am happy they have other locations. I came to visit yesterday Staten Island to see friends and family due to a death in my family. I always try to stop hear and bring some back to Pennsylvania because they don’t have places like Ralph’s in pa . My experience there was phenomenal the server was so sweet . She saw my niece crying and ask what’s wrong and gave her a bunch of tissues and napkins. He customers service was phenomenal she went above and beyond. She deserves a raise or something. I don’t remember her name . I would have given her 10 stars for customers service if I could . Thank you ??“
“I've been going to this cold stone location for over a year I believe cause it's literally close to where I reside.No offense carvel but cold stone just hits the spot for me. The flavors are more attractive and it just tastes so much better. The fact that they mix the ice cream with other toppings rather than sprinkling the toppings on the ice cream is diabolically genius. I'm sure other ice cream joints figured this out but as of right now, cold stone's the one I know that mixes their ice cream with toppings. The ice cream offered is also very creamy and thick . I usually get the cheesecake fantasy of the chocolate devotion which tastes mad good!The service is always great. The guy that owns the place is mad chill. Oscar really knows how to treat his customers and will for sure take care of your ice cream needs. The place is small compared to the other location on Richmond but that's fine, it's close by to me. My go to ice cream spot and will be for probably my whole lifeDefinitely recommend this spot and cold stone in general to everyone, you will NOT be disappointed. “My son loves to go to Carvel weekly because of their Wednesday, BOGO on soft serve ice cream. Our favorite is the strawberry shortcake dasher. No complaints other than the crunchies (sold separately) are priced considerably high for the amount you get. Overall, we love Carvel and will most likely go there forever! The staff is pretty nice as well. No complaints.“
“Great establishment and staff here at this location. The server took her time to make our shakes and ice cream. Made them look like it was for a magazine. Great clean location with a lot of different items on the menu. This is a must try if you haven't stopped by this location. Can't wait to stop by agian. Everything was absolutely delicious“
“LOVE Ralph’s, one of the few Staten Island treasures. Personally feel even their small is a nice serving. This location almost always has a line but great kids working and a wide variety of the cream and water ices plus ice cream and a fan of the shakes!“
“Tough review here. The service was excellent - very friendly. I got a brown bonnet with vanilla ice cream. I've been eating Carvel vanilla for more than 50 years. Something was different. There was more air in the ice cream. It tasted like it was "whipped". Not good. Hope it was a one-time thing. But this isn't my regular Carvel, so I may never know.“
“They have a decent variety of flavored yogurt. Plenty of delicious toppings. I love going there. Place is always busy. Staff are very nice. It's very clean. They have tables and chairs inside and outside. They also sell icecream cakes. I highly recommend this place.“
