“Had a good experience here mid-day on Sunday in February when they aren't very busy. Staff was friendly and attentive. Work station looked to be kept pretty clean. Would come to this location again. Not sure if the bad reviews are when it's very busy and maybe the service the breaks down but when there was only two other customers when I visited it seemed the service was good.“

“I went to an ice cream shop in Staten Island and it was absolutely excellent. The taste was really special, but what stood out even more was the person working there.

He is a Latino Spanish man, very polite, patient, and treats customers with great respect, kindness, and generosity. He has a wonderful personality and a really positive energy.

Honestly, if I ever go back to that place, it will be because of him as much as the ice cream itself. His attitude makes the experience even better.

“Saw this gorgeous little boutique in the mall, and I had to stop in!
The presentation of the chocolates and gelatos are eye catching and organized. I love the displays for Easter and chocolate eggs are my favorite!! Especially the mini Lampone eggs. I grabbed many mix & match chocolates along the wall which are paid by weight. The employee named Angel was very kind and helpful explaining all of the options and recommending gelato flavors which made making a decision much easier for me.
I chose a gourmet baby cone with pistachio and it was scooped to perfection! I will be back for more soon :)“
