Many different flavors to choose from always have what I want lines here move pretty fast. I had ten people in front of me, and it only took 5 minutes to get to the window to make my order . That's fast service
The night crew is absolutely amazing, caring, kind, and so respectful! Sophia, Caitlyn, Tommy, Joe, and River (I hope I didn't leave anyone out. ) They made sure they did their jobs and went above and beyond! It is such a shame this store doesn't have their own delivery person. They work so hard and when you order delivery from any app, these great workers don't get the tips they deserve, only the app driver, which isn't fair to them. They do all the work for us. LOVE Ralph’s, one of the few Staten Island treasures. Personally feel even their small is a nice serving. This location almost always has a line but great kids working and a wide variety of the cream and water ices plus ice cream and a fan of the shakes!
