I take customer service very seriously, and I believe every customer should be acknowledged upon entering a business. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Despite there being a store manager and approximately five employees present, not a single person greeted or acknowledged me while I waited to pick up my online order.
While the cake itself was beautifully decorated and the handwriting was excellent, the lack of even a simple greeting left a very poor impression....read full review
