I take customer service very seriously, and I believe every customer should be acknowledged upon entering a business. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Despite there being a store manager and approximately five employees present, not a single person greeted or acknowledged me while I waited to pick up my online order.

Come here all the time with my wife and kids for ice cream. It’s always fresh, and the kids love it!
