They have a bunch of childish kids working here. I just left & I’m so annoyed. The store wasn’t even crowded yet everyone is standing there waiting on drinks while they are loud laughing and tell jokes amongst themselves.
The renovations are nice BUT I ordered the shaken oat milk espresso and the whole thing was filled with ice. The ice was literally stacked in the cup to the top. Like. I barely got to drink any of it before it finished. Idc if I didn’t ask for light ice, this is a scam.

The staff is excellent, always make my drink perfectly, but 3 to 4 times a week I am turned away because they don’t have the brown sugar or the oat milk for the oat milk brown sugar shaken expresso. I almost don’t want to even go there because I will be disappointed when they can’t make the drink I like.I heard management orders one brown sugar syrup per week even though the drink is very popular.
