I'm incredibly thankful to the employees during the 3pm shift on 8/22/19.
Here's my story: I stopped at Starbucks to get the "50% off Grande and larger frappucinos". I ordered my drink and used 50 Stars for a bakery item. While I was waiting for my drink, another customer was grabbing his order and noticed it was wrong. He had an attitude about it, but another barista apologized and fixed his order. Staff at the location is always very upbeat and friendly! They do their best to always get drinks & food out as fast as possible even with a huge crowd. They recently updated the interior and we’re loving the comfy seating! The manager Michelle and her other longtime employees all get high five for always greeting their regulars 🙌
The environment is so cozy and the staff are amazing, I come here almost every morning when I can before school to get a nice refreshing beverage. Definitely one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to on the island.
