Most of the time when I go into the store my order is fine, but almost every time I order from uber eats the order is completely messed up, half the order will be missing, the coffees that do arrive taste like they forgot to put the syrup in it. The worst part is uber will not refund the money so I end up paying for literally nothing. They need to be more efficient with the delivery orders.

I ordered a shaken espresso with light ice. I arrived to pick up a cup that was half full of liquid and still had tons of Ice in it. The barista was beyond rude and said she could put a little more almond milk in it, but ordering less ice means less drink. I didn’t order no ice! Just a few cubes less than the millions they usually add! I paid $7.00 for half a cup of coffee. I’ve never had this happen at any other Starbucks. I also ordered half the sweetener…you’d think that would save them a buck or two. But I don’t get a refund on that!!

The staff is excellent, always make my drink perfectly, but 3 to 4 times a week I am turned away because they don’t have the brown sugar or the oat milk for the oat milk brown sugar shaken expresso. I almost don’t want to even go there because I will be disappointed when they can’t make the drink I like.I heard management orders one brown sugar syrup per week even though the drink is very popular.

They have a bunch of childish kids working here. I just left & I’m so annoyed. The store wasn’t even crowded yet everyone is standing there waiting on drinks while they are loud laughing and tell jokes amongst themselves.
