The baristas are great, however this location is poorly managed and overcrowded. I waited over 30 mins for one drink today - they were so understaffed and people just stand at the handoff berating the staff the whole time. Management needs to step in here bc I feel awful for the baristas and also a 30 min wait for coffee is crazy lol.
A very busy and crowded Starbucks but they are friendly and accommodating. Patience is definitely necessary at this location BUT the staff is absolutely amazing and do the best they can. Use the app and give yourself additional time.
