“This is the most welcoming diner I've ever been in. There's a wide choice of excellent food, the catering prices are very reasonable, the wait staff are great, Ronnie, Denise, Rose, Elena, Donna and Adam are all professional and make you feel right at home. The managers are very friendly and Mr. Z makes it a point to come to your table just to say hello and to make sure you're happy. This is my go to place at least twice a week.“

“I don’t know what I would do without George and his staff. Anyone who says they are rude and they waited 45 minutes for food, obviously has never been to a local establishment where everything is cooked to order. It’s not McDonald’s. I literally eat here between 4 and 6 times a week. Sometimes alone, sometimes with my family. I know everyone by name and they know mine. They even sit and have conversations with me if it’s not busy! This place is a true gem, which is why you might wait to sit on a weekend or at dinner time. There is nowhere better. Just the atmosphere makes me not want to leave every time I’m there. And again, George, the owner, and his staff are the most dedicated, friendly, and loyal people around!“

“Today I had a Mediterranean Wrap... ooo it was so good! Eggs with black olives, feta & tomatoes. The waiter is always coming around with coffee & tea refills & the waitress we had was super friendly! Delicious wrap, piping hot and over-stuffed!“

“Food was great! Service was slow, our table wasn't greeted and we had to flag the guy down to order. Not the waiters fault, I felt bad for him. They should hire a couple more waitstaff or schedule more waitstaff, one waiter and a busboy were taking care of the whole diner, like 12 tables. Especially during lunchtime when you know it's going to be busy.“

“I think it's fair to say Woodrow Diner is among the top 5 on Staten Island. Omelets are good, pancakes are decent. Coffee is on par. Good service and have never had a long wait for a table. Not one of my favorite Staten Island parking lots.“
