“Mike's Diner is my most favorite restaurant to eat at; every once in a while. They have lots of food options, and can accommodate those with dietary restrictions. All of which are clearly made with care and high quality ingredients! The prices of each meal are reasonable. Most are around $20 per person, despite the big portion sizes and high quality cooking.

I've come here a few times before going to the YMCA, and I've mainly ordered the breakfast meals. And, sometimes I come for lunch. I rarely write reviews for businesses and restaurants, but Mike's Diner is such a great restaurant!

“If you love coffee this is the place to go. Someone always walking around to refill your cup. Mom and I ate lunch. The plates were full, the food was tasty not greasy, and the bill didn't break the bank. Waitress polite and helpful if you have a question about the choices of meals.“

“Food was great! Service was slow, our table wasn't greeted and we had to flag the guy down to order. Not the waiters fault, I felt bad for him. They should hire a couple more waitstaff or schedule more waitstaff, one waiter and a busboy were taking care of the whole diner, like 12 tables. Especially during lunchtime when you know it's going to be busy.“

“My mother is a vegetarian and there are many things she cannot eat. But this restaurant's asparagus and mushroom omelette perfectly met all my mother's requirements and was very delicious. “I think it's fair to say Woodrow Diner is among the top 5 on Staten Island. Omelets are good, pancakes are decent. Coffee is on par. Good service and have never had a long wait for a table. Not one of my favorite Staten Island parking lots.“
