“First time at this particular site. I made it before the lunch rush. Although, they seemed a bit behind. I had to wait, a bit longer than expected to get my order in. However, the guy taking the order was beyond friendly, kind, and courteous. I wish I had taken his name down! His kindness and excellent customer service made the time seem to not even exist.“
“The Staff was Polite, Professional, and Helpful. The online order placed deleted and replaced a side from a meal. It was pleasantly corrected by the young ladies working the counter. The App was a waste of time - as time is very limited for our Family. Going forward, I will order in-person. The woman from online customer service was also polite and professional. “There were a few MAJOR problems that happened. One, I ordered my meal at the wrong branch (it was resolved). Two, not only did they not have fries, THERE WERE NO DIPPING SAUCES!!!? A few other customers were complaining about the same thing!!! They left in disgust and may have gone to another place (maybe not another Popeye's). I have been to this branch before, and NEVER has something like this happened.“
“Everything is clean and new, there's ample parking. The chicken is just the way Popeyes chicken should be: hot, tasty, served quickly and with a smile from the manager. All the best to you ?? *This review is for the Page Ave, Staten Island location.Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the parking spots were near the entrance, which makes up for the few blue handicap parking spots. I happen to have a legitimate need for the blue spots but had no trouble getting one. If I did need a blue spot and none was available, I would just park in a regular spot as they are readily available.“
“This place is my favorite. The staff is always so nice and friendly, even when they didn’t have my food ready one time, they were nice enough to bring it out to me in the parking lot instead of having me go back inside. They work super quick and everything always tastes so fresh. Also, sometimes they throw some extra chicken tenders in there for free hahaha. New favorite place for fast food.“
“It warm out and the a/c was welcome as was the restroom. Now not for nothing these folks know how to make a white meat chicken sandwich. So damn tasty and not a doggy bun, but a brioche one which held up spectacularly a I bit it to death. I get it spicy and if available more pepper packets.“
