“Can I give them more than five stars? This popeyes is probably one of the best of upper Manhattan! My order is always quick, they’re always kind to me and they’re really hard workers. Yesterday there was a mistake in my order but they quick fixed it and I was out with my correct order in less than a minute! My all time favorite popeyes in NY 💖“
“I came here after my work almost every day. They always welcome me with a smile. They serve food fast rather than any other Popeyes . They never disappointing me with food quality. And the good thing they always give dipping sauce if I ask them or refill the drink. I like their service they provide.“
“I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and had a great experience. The restaurant has a casual, lively atmosphere, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. The chicken was flavorful, crispy, and well-seasoned, with generous portions. The sides complemented the meal nicely, and the staff was friendly and efficient, keeping service smooth. It’s a reliable spot for tasty, comforting fast food. I left full and satisfied, already looking forward to coming back.“
“Service was fast as my food was ready by the time I got there. Only thing is they seem to be short staffed so it sat there (not the employee's fault) until the employee finished tending to other walk in customers (which were quite a few). They also only had 2 tables but enough room for like 4. They should consider maximizing there space. Space was clean and food was also good so I'd definitely eat there again.“
“This is the best Popeyes for their Frozen lemonade drinks.I’ve tried from so many popeyes but this one is 10/10..a must have summer refresher..The team members are super fast.Though there was long line but they handled it so professionally and greeted us so promptly and gave accurate orders to us.I recommend the blackened sandwich it’s so good.“
“popeyes is always lit. if you're trying to get chicken and things here at a good price cause you've never been before then turn away and make room for the loyalist. fed up with people treating these employees like trash even though they put out quality food almost all the time. fish sandwich is spicy and delicious. love this place“
“I recently visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, and honestly, it was a great experience overall. From the moment I entered, the environment felt clean, well-managed, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and handled orders quite efficiently, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.
Talking about the food — the chicken was absolutely amazing! It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a perfect blend of Cajun spices that gave it a rich and flavorful taste. The seasoning was balanced and not overly salty, which is something I really appreciated. “
“The service here is both fantastic and welcoming as the manager here always greet the customer with a polite and friendly attitude. Additionally, the consistency of how fast the service and food was served deeply impressed me. Overall the food, service, and atmosphere of this store is top tier with just little need of improvement.(fry the fries longer as a lot of them is not crispy)“
“Very friendly and efficient staff. Food is always on point & fast.
Edit: Gotta let you guys know it's still 🔥 i've been here 5 times since I made the last review and it gets better every time.. Nayeem and Haque are very kind and knowledgeable. Will update in 5 Visits.“
“Stopped by Popeyes and everything was on point. My order came out hot and fresh, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The dining area looked clean and the vibe was good. The only reason I’d say service wasn’t perfect is because the wait was a bit longer than expected, but the staff was still respectful and got it done. I’d definitely come back.“
“I happened to be the type of person who lives in the moment then take pictures to have it there forever unless it’s intentional tho I happen to also body the 6 pc sweet n spicy bone in chicken mash potatoes and Cajun fries before I could even take a pic anyway my rate is 10/10 thank u !!“
“My wife and I order the Signature Chicken “2 Can Dine” meal every month, and it never disappoints. The chicken is perfectly crunchy outside and tender and moist inside, and the fries and biscuit are always packed with flavor. They’ve really mastered fried chicken and the classic sides. Service is efficient, and the dining area looks clean and well maintained, though we’ve only done takeout.“
“This is probably the cleanest Popeyes I’ve ever been to, located in the heart of Time Square. Take the elevator to the upstairs dining area if you are dining in. Perhaps due to the high traffic of customers, the chicken was super freshly fried, piping hot and super crispy!“
“The blackened tenders are as good as any authentic New Orleans restaurant (I have been to NOLA). The biscuits are superb! The atmosphere is bland, but it is a fast food joint, so you're not there for ambience or high prices. Definately recommend for a tasty meal on the go!“
“Really good service! Food was fresh and made to specification (only spicy thighs in our family festivity box). Very clean.
Kid-friendliness: My son has been begging to stop here, and man, did he love it when I caved.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair friendly.“
“Clean quick place to get food before entering Lexington Avenue train station. The area is busy with the unfortunate homeless population so I was solicited for “a dollar “ at the door and once again in the restaurant. This is one of the realities of the area. The staff was polite and asked the man to leave customers alone and to go outside and he did. My food was hot. I ordered ahead for pickup and it was ready.“
“I had several hundred points on my Popeyes app plus June is my birthday month ... Popeyes always gives a reward in your birthday month ... so armed with these perks I got a 2 piece dinner with 2 sides & a biscuit; 2 extra delicious buttery biscuits and an apple pie ... using points and gifts, it only cost me $6 and change ... wonderful bargain during these cash-strapped times we are living in these days!“
“My experience for the most part was for good. Plenty of indoor seating options, the indoor dining area seemed pretty clean. The chicken wasn’t fresh out the fryer but it wasn’t stale nor dry either. I ordered a 2 piece spicy meal with a strawberry unsweetened tea. The biscuit was as dry as you’d expect a biscuit from Popeyes to be. The Cajun French fries were fine. Lines were short but I ordered online, I sat and waited a bit until I realized the app tells you to go let them know that you’ve ordered online first. Afterwards, my meal was prepared pretty quick.“
“Had a promo code so for free, I chose a 6 piece chicken (chose ranch sauce). The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was a great choice. I had added to my order the 8 piece shrimp meal (came with a soda and a side). The beans and rice side I chose was ok since rice was a bit too soft, but the tasty chicken and shrimp made up for it. If they had regular fries instead of only Cajun (can't realky have spicy), I would've ordered fries as a side. I was given a cup to go get my drink myself from the fountain, though in the app you have to pick one. Lol. Also, the young man behind the counter was so nice which is not always present in customer service nowadays. I will definitely return.“
“It’s Popeyes. Basic fried chicken, nuggets, wings, shrimp, biscuit with fountain drinks and delicious sweet tea that any southerner would be pleased to drink. What stands out about this Popeyes is the customer service. They try very hard to meet the demands of the public even the rude ones. It’s very clean and again the employees aim to please. Today they reminded me of a sale which in NYC when it comes to food we’re always looking for a good buy. As a southerner I can assure you I have never been disappointed with the food or the service.“
“I went to this popeyes last week when I was in New York. The atmosphere was terrible and the service was okay, but the chicken and sides were all super fresh and hot. Considering how expensive it is to eat in NYC, this was a nice reprieve after a long walk in Central Park.“
