Service is horrible they wanted to charge me for extra BBQ sauce when they only gave me 3 BBQ sauce for a 12 piece chicken tenders theat wa shared we my coworker. Even with the Mac and cheese, they was cheap with it they didn't wanna fill the big bowl to the top.Also the the staff had an attitude. They even complained about giving extra grape jelly for my biscuits.As for the atmosphere to many homeless people harassing you for money
Convenient clean and pleasant experience. This was my 2nd time here …first time wasn’t the best experience but I chalked it up to them first opening and getting used to the new location. This time i ordered via the website and it was ready for me and hot and customer service was very polite. Food was good ? i will be returning. Just be careful of the time you go ..sometimes the kids hangout in the dining area.

The service is absolutely horrid and extremely SLOW. There are not enough people working, not do they work with any pep. The staff is quite rude and unaccomadating. They bend rules to their own liking not following general popeyes standards. And there is a constant homeless people
