The food is okay for the location of the Resturant. Overall the customer service is terrible you’d think the employees didn’t receive any training on how to interact with customers. I’m grateful for the handful of pleasant experiences I had there. This review is for Popeyes on third Avenue and E. 87th St.Never would believe I would eat in a fast food restaurant. Two people who are in the food business recommended this to me.The chicken was terrific. The coleslaw was excellent. The mashed potatoes were a really good comfort food on a cold day. Food tasted alright, but the restaurant smelt like human pee. Unbelievable that no one took a bit of time out to do something about the smell. It smelt like it had been there for a while as well. Super unappetising to eat at a place that smelt like
