Quality food, but service is not great. I'm not sure if it's an American thing but no real attention paid to us as a customer. Stood at counter waiting to collect order but was totally ignored.Still the food was great.
It was the second day of opening my first visit and I had to wait a bit for the cashier to figure out what buttons to press by asking the other workers. They still ended up getting me a piece that I didn't want but it was fine otherwise. I went again yesterday and didn't even get anything because the cashier insisted that I'm not allowed to choose my own pieces, it's just random despite me saying literally every single location including this one allows me to choose. Came with the family. Air con not working so place was like the pits of hell. Food came quick but was slightly dry and they skimped on sauce in the burger. Doesn’t really live up to the Popeyes name.
