He was extremely patient, professional, and respectful, even while the restaurant was busy, and he handled everything with a calm, down-to-earth attitude that made the experience smooth and welcoming. Atif has excellent people skills, communicates clearly, and makes customers feel acknowledged and valued while ensuring orders are accurate and handled efficiently. Employees like him represent the brand the right way and are a major reason customers return. “Was my first time in New York so wanted Popeyes and this branch in Flushings Main St didn't disappoint! My sis ordered the bucket and some coleslaw and chips and everything was so generously served. I think we even got an extra 2 pieces of chicken in our box. And this round our coleslaw tasted fresh and lovely. My sis complained that the prev time she ate coleslaw here, it tasted off but it certainly wasn't this round. And the chips, wow! Such a generous portion, cheers! Really, really satisfied and happy“

“Shovon is the best! Good customer service and my chicken is always hot and fresh at this location. Try the new Hot Ones collab, the flavor is so good, and the ranch is the best sauce i’ve had. I’m not over exaggerating, I don’t even usually like ranch but trust me, this collab did good.“

“Have been regularly going to this location since they opened. Food is always fresh and service is good. Sometimes if there is a long wait for tenders, they will throw in an extra or two for the trouble. Really appreciate that. Would be nice if corporate brought back Cajun rice.“
