Service here always excellent and crews are very cooperative and provide respect to customers no matter how much they are busy they never forget to say Hello once customer appeared to their vicinity. “Don’t order fast food often with family but went here and was the best customer service I ever had at a fast food restaurant from Sumon Saha. Started with a greeting, wanted to help us with the self serve, gave recommendations, made sure we got extra cups waters and plates for the kids then even checked in. Thoroughly impressed and of course the kids looooved the Popeyes food sticking to classics like tenders, mac n cheese, biscuits (my favorite) alongside the coleslaw. Also place in general was clean and attentive running a tight ship. Thank you.“

“This is the only Popeyes I will visit. The chicken is never dry, the lemonade is just the right amount of tart and sweet, and the staff are always so warm and welcoming. They really get to know their regulars, and they're soo good at remembering what their preferences are. Especially with me and my addiction to Cajun Sparkle lol they really are the best.“

My first impression was very positive. The place was very immaculate and the atmosphere was very serene,comfortable,and pleasant. The food is deliciously well cooked and tasty. Customer service is excellent and the employees are very cordial. I was very satisfied with this business. I give it a 👍👍👍“

“Popeyes is a good place to enjoy a good roast chicken, although a lot of flour is not very tasteful, but for the rest the service is very friendly and the staff is very correct and responsible, good service and a pleasant place to enjoy with friends.“

“I love the food at Popeye's on Fordham Rd. however, I have been calling and no one answers the phone. There is a big problem for me at this site. It seems that many bums and beggars are attracted to this particular store. I was there yesterday and there were about three there bothering customers and demanding money. One in particular insisted that I give him money. One customer bought him a meal and he stayed after he ate approaching customers for more money. I would not have posted this problem if someone in management would at least pick up the phone. The maintenance needs improvement and the cashiers are sometimes friendly sometimes not. But the food is delicious as always. But PLEASE do something about the panhandlers!“

They have deals and a reward system. Anyways, there was one mistake with My order. Not only did someone pick up the phone when I called, but they were so polite and sweet enough. “The cashier was good, and helpful. However, it took a while for me to get access to the bathroom after purchasing. There was a coded door and I kept having to ask over 5 times before I got access to use it. That was super uncomfortable. By the way, the bathroom had enough sanitizer, but little soap.The reataurant layout is nice. The colours and seats. Limited, but nice.“

I was today years old when I discovered there is a whole Popeyes sitting on Southern Blvd like it has been hiding from me on purpose. I swear it materialized out of thin air. One minute I am freezing, the next minute I am staring at a glowing chicken sign like it is a message from the universe.

So there I am, walking to the 5 bus on Hunts Point because waiting at Simpson is basically signing up for a lifetime commitment. I am out there in the cold, fighting for my life, toes numb, eyelashes freezing, questioning every decision I have ever made. I am walking just to keep my soul from leaving my body.

Then I hear whispers, literal whispers, about a three piece for five dollars. I do not know if it was people, spirits, or my stomach hallucinating, but suddenly I am standing in front of Popeyes like I got teleported.

I walk in expecting the usual Bronx Popeyes energy: someone arguing about sauce, someone else yelling they have been waiting since 1998, a baby crying for no reason. But no. It was clean. It was quiet. Nobody was beefing. I thought I stepped into a parallel universe where customer service actually exists.

Then the plot twist of the century: my food came out in under three minutes. Under three minutes. I know because I had just ordered an Uber, and by the time the app hit the three minute mark, I was already holding my chicken like, “Is this a trap? Am I being recruited for a social experiment?”

I was so confused I ordered again. Who double orders Popeyes? Me. Because I was experiencing speed and efficiency so shocking I thought I was being punked. I looked around for hidden cameras.

I left that place a changed woman. I came in as a frozen commuter and walked out as someone who believes in miracles.

I absolutely recommend this location. They did not just understand the assignment. They turned it in early, added extra credit, and stapled a coupon to it.“

Staff has the chemistry of a well oiled machine. Cashier was friendly, and both the chicken sandwiches i ordered tasted very fresh

Prices of the chicken sandwiches at $4.99 a piece was pretty fair in-line with other Popeyes

A fair amount of seating is available, although be advised, there are no bathrooms in the lobby at this location and the drink machine spigots are behind the register.

Also, No Coca-Cola Freestyle machine at this location
