Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Irvington

“Last night my son wanted popeyes boneless chicken. So I decided to stop at this location where I frequently order. I placed my order thru the app and when I entered the store Nadia the cashier greeted me. She asked how she could help me and I told her I ordered thru the app. She started working on my order and I was in and out. I ordered the 2 can dine 6 chicken tenders with fries and rice and beans 2 biscuits. I was surprised at the amount of food I was given. When I usually visit other stores you get exactly 6 tenders tenders no mater the size. If they are extra little or broken you get 6 tenders. This store makes up for quantity and quality. I didn't get a box full of tenders but I definitely got what I paid for. I've also ordered whole wings from here in the past and the wing are tiny and I might get an extra wing or two to make up for the size. Thank you guys for looking out for your customers. Its really appreciated by me and my son.“

“My great experience at this store rests solely on the shoulders on one employee. Icy. I was initially prepared to write a scathing review about my wait time and the lack of spicy chicken. Then Icy came ands took over and I left the store without the chicken that I wanted but an understanding that she is great. I am thankful for everything she did. Can’t wait to go back.
