“Wife and I flew into JFK late one Friday. We were famished , it was 1030 by the time we got to Arthur Ave.. We parked and walked , came upon people eating alfresco. We asked if any place was still serving. The "MAN" Vic asked what we would like, from one of the tables. In no time we had a bottle of Vino Tinto in front of us and people were making us try food they were dining on. I felt like I was at my friends ,' THE PIAZZAS " house. The food was excellent and the people better. Can not wait to go back !“

“Last Sunday we celebrated our 50th anniversary with a small gathering at Cote Wine Bar. It was truly a wonderful experience. Five stars seems hardly enough to describe this place. The entire process was seamless and stress free from booking to event. Katerina, the owner and hostess, handled every detail with professionalism, warmth and a genuine smile. The venue is beautiful, warm and inviting, perfect for an intimate celebration. The food was excellent, beautifully presented and enjoyed by all our guests. The drinks were perfectly suited for a Sunday gathering. Thanks to Katerina, we were able to relax and enjoy this milestone with family and friends. “Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

“This is a bit of an upscale tapas bar, knowledge staff, not obtrusive. It did remind me of some upscale places in Spain. Go eat tapas the Manhattans with chocolate rim omg! Food was good too!“

“I can tell this place is special and that the owners and team behind it put a lot of care and love into the food. The sauces are clearly made fresh from people who know Thai food well. I’m so lucky I get to eat this food often. I would upload photos but I ate it so quickly that all that sit in front of me now are plates that have been licked clean.“

“We had such a lovely experience at Ariari! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Stephen / Steven was fantastic—attentive, welcoming, and genuinely lovely throughout the evening.

The food was excellent. The crab is an absolute must, and the duck was another standout. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. The cod was beautifully prepared, although I felt it lacked a bit of flavor and didn’t particularly stand out from cod I’ve enjoyed at other fine restaurants.

One detail I especially appreciated was how thoughtful the restaurant was toward children. Having proper plates and cutlery ready for little ones is such a simple yet meaningful touch, and something you don’t often see at NYC restaurants.

Overall, a fantastic dining experience with wonderful service, delicious food, and thoughtful attention to detail. I’d give Ariari a solid 4.7/5. We will absolutely be back!

“Phenomenal. Its more of a gastro pub, definitely not traditional Korean. Plates are tiny and portions are tapa-sized, but we ordered eight items to share and were full in the end. Corn dumplings were outstanding: the corn was completely mashed and they tasted like soft fluffy pillows with an incredible sauce made of cilantro, basil and mint. Scallops, galbi meatball skewer and waguy spring rolls were amazing. Noodles was the only dish in our order that was underwhelming. Loved their adult capri drinks in a bag. :) but the best last of the experience was the service. We asked for a table outside, which they didn't have, so we were seated by an open window instead, but within 5 minutes, they came and said they had a table outside for us. Everyone was so friendly, warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back to try all the other menu options we didn't get to try.“

“Had a really nice time at Tavern 157! The wagyu burger was juicy and full of flavor, and the oysters were really fresh. Loved the drinks and the cozy atmosphere too. Big shoutout to Nicky for taking such good care of us! Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without having to ask. Great food, great service, and just a fun place to hang out. Will definitely be back!“

“This place is amazing. We tried the fava bean hummus - bursting with flavor and garlic forward (which I enjoy). The steak and grits was so buttery and delicious as well. The ice tea was a surprise stand out as well. To top it all off the service here is unmatched. I look forward to coming back soon.“

“The dishes are tapas style, small and flavorful. I liked the Berkshire kimchi fried rice the most with its popping sensation. The birrira mandus were also memorable. You might not be full after this but if you go not too hungry it’s a perfect amount.

They have $2 off drinks for happy hour until 7pm, which doesn’t make too much of a difference at $21, but it’s a nice edge.“

Fensenjoon had such a great sauce and duck was cooked well with crispy and juicy bits that made it delicious. The kashk bedemjoon was delicious and paired well with the babari. Tahchin was crispy and was glad we ordered it to eat with the fensenjoon. Would definitely come back for more dishes.

“Went here on a whim to celebrate our friends special ocassion. The interior is nicely decorated and quiet. We ordered some patatas bravas, cheese and ham platter, white sangria and the chicken! Our food was brought our promptly and we enjoyed our food and drinks. The plates were easily shareable among 4 people and the food was good. The star was definitely the chicken. I'm not sure what they put in that chicken or how they cooked it but it was delicious. One of our friends declared ir the best chicken he's had in his life.

First, they were last minute able to accommodate my friends joining us for dinner, 4 people instead of 2 on a short notice. Our server was so friendly, funny and very efficient. He had wonderful recommendations and if he didn't know the answer to a question he got us the answer. Also, he sneakily did a setup of candles for my birthday as well. My only complaint would be how noisy the dining areas are- it's a popular place so it's always packed, and the subway tile on the walls bounces the voices and noise. It's also hard to get a table, and reservations are competitive, but it is worth it!“

“I went to Plado for the first time last night with a couple of friends who had already been there several times and raved about it. They were not wrong to rave! The food was simply superb. Every dish was an experience to savor. It actually made me stop and slow down so I could enjoy what was happening in my mouth. Everything had various levels of flavor that made the experience worthwhile. I can’t wait to go back and try more. Standouts for me were hard to choose but if I had to, the taro gnocchi, duck confit, and roasted carrots were my favorite. Desserts were out of this world delicious and unique so I encourage everyone to save room. The ambiance is lovely and the chef and his wife are warm and welcoming. I wish them a long and successful stay in Glen Cove!“

“What’s a Spanish native? This is one of the best Spanish bars I’ve been in a while, extremely friendly. They’re even let us save our bags because we’re going back to our hometown, and they’ve been with us all the way. I recommend it 100%. “Victoria and her catering team are incredible. I reached out for food for 1000 people for a FIFA World Cup watch party at our corporate office in New York. Unfortunately I did not have advanced notice for this order and placed it last night. When they opened this morning they did everything they possibly could to accommodate our request and I must say from the presentation to delivery and communication everything was seamless and perfectly executed. I really appreciated how kind and accommodating Victoria was and how she made this happen for us.
