@soogilnyc for #Valentinesday. Still one of the best value in town for fine-dining/ chefs-tasting-menu.@soogil is an under-the-radar hidden gem. The beef tartare with Asian pear was just out of this world. The mango sorbet was an out-of-the-park home run to finish off the evening. And Chef Soogil Lim came out to greet us. What an incredible restaurant. I have never tasted such delicious and innovative food. NYC is full of top caliber restaurants, but this one might top it for us. Can’t wait to return for more.
