“If this is the location near Grand Central, the staff is always very pleasant when I go in. I’m not sure if the chicken waffle sammy I got recently was a one off, but I don’t need to get that again. Otherwise, it’s your standard, city Chic-Fil-A.“

“Angel took our order and was amazing. Upbeat, attentive, kind. A disturbed man entered the establishment and started touching people. They sent Angel over to take care of it. He very politely escorted the man out. Even facing some resistance, he maintained a calm demeanor. I stayed until the man left just in case Angel needed backup. Chick-fil-A… you better take care of my boy as he is not only a model employee but a protector of the innocent. God bless.“

He was so kind and had so much patience with me! Then someone stood up because restaurant is pretty full, we took their table and Malachi came directly to clean it for us. “The tables were clean, the staff were friendly, and my order was ready within a couple of minutes. Usually, I’m not a fan of fast food places that don’t have kiosk screens, but this Chick-fil-A honestly doesn’t need one. There are two counters with friendly staff who are happy to help you get your order right, especially if you’re a tourist or have never been to Chick-fil-A before. The food was also incredibly good, and I had no issues at all.“

“I had my first-ever Chick-fil-A experience a couple of days ago on my last day in NYC before heading home to Scotland. I was served by an incredibly lovely team member named Grant, who made my visit unforgettable. I arrived during breakfast, about an hour before the menu switched to lunch. When I expressed a desire to try the main menu, Grant immediately said he'd make it happen. He went completely above and beyond—coordinating with the kitchen to specially prepare a lunch item for me, throwing in a complimentary breakfast recommendation, and even gifting me vouchers for my next visit. This is truly outstanding hospitality. Since I couldn't leave a traditional tip, I want to make sure management knows that Grant is a stellar asset to this team. He left a wonderful, lasting impression on this international traveler!“

I’ve been working right across from the street from it this last year and not only did the quality of the food not allow me to stay away from it but the customer service is like none I’ve ever received from any fast food restaurant ever. Amazing manager that actually cares about her customers and how she runs her store along with her exceptional cashiers. Thank you for servicing me this last year! I’ll be sad to not be working close to it anymore. This is the beta chick-fil-a in the city. I come here here very often as I work right next to it. The employees are very quick and efficient. The managers are hands on. The place is always clean or in the process of being cleaned. I get my food here quickly. Even if there’s like 10 people ahead of you your wait would never even reach 10 minutes. Never had any issues with my food even with little instructions like no salt in my fries. Always great quality. Thank you.“

“I love coming to this location. They are very efficient. You never have to wait to long at all. The place is always cleanly, no messy counters or build up in the trash area. The staff is super friendly & helpful. I forgot my pickup order & Troi gave me great assistance in finding it & was really kind. Always great service here.“
