“Cool location close to MSG. Well lit and inviting from the outside, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Marco was really nice and easy to talk to. Food was great and the atmosphere was pretty good. It was very crowded and there aren’t many places to sit if you’re alone, but otherwise great visit.“

“Angel took our order and was amazing. Upbeat, attentive, kind. A disturbed man entered the establishment and started touching people. They sent Angel over to take care of it. He very politely escorted the man out. Even facing some resistance, he maintained a calm demeanor. I stayed until the man left just in case Angel needed backup. Chick-fil-A… you better take care of my boy as he is not only a model employee but a protector of the innocent. God bless.“

“I never thought a fast-food chain could actually brighten my day, but this Chick-fil-A does exactly that. I come here not only because of the food, but because of the exceptional service. Every visit starts with a warm smile, and the staff is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. It’s amazing how much a positive attitude can make a difference, on top of that the space is so clean.

“Never thought I’d leave a review for a Chick fil A, but Ashraf deserves a shoutout.

He was cleaning tables nonstop, checking on customers, bringing napkins, and always making sure everyone had what they needed.

You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. Chick fil a is already known for great service, but Ashraf made it feel like a completely different level.

Give this man a promotion before a Michelin star restaurant steals him lol“
