“I never thought a fast-food chain could actually brighten my day, but this Chick-fil-A does exactly that. I come here not only because of the food, but because of the exceptional service. Every visit starts with a warm smile, and the staff is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. It’s amazing how much a positive attitude can make a difference, on top of that the space is so clean.

I didn’t get his name, but our server was a tall man with brown hair who was originally from Denver - and this server just had so much joy & was just such a kind & friendly server! First Chick-fil-A experience in the US and it was also delicious and super fast! The restaurant was also relatively well kept for a fast food chain“

“I’ve literally gotten better service here than most restaurants in NY lol We came in once and waited for 10 minutes for our food, which is NOT a long wait, and the staff was still so apologetic “for the wait” and gave us a couple of cookies. Not necessary but we appreciated it!“

Usually, I’m not a fan of fast food places that don’t have kiosk screens, but this Chick-fil-A honestly doesn’t need one. There are two counters with friendly staff who are happy to help you get your order right, especially if you’re a tourist or have never been to Chick-fil-A before. The food was also incredibly good, and I had no issues at all.“
“I'm from Atlanta, so Chick-fil-A is a familiar chain. My 13 year old grandson loves it, so we went at his request. It's no different in NYC than it is at home, so go and enjoy it! The taste & quality are consistently great. The only drawback is that there were no tables to sit and eat at. There was a small stand-up bar area, but it's nicer to sit. Other than that, go C-f-A!“
