Chick-fil-A in Brooklyn

“Chicken burger was amazing. The fries was nice and warm and the service was very quick. I was very surprised because there was a whole line with like 30 people and I still got my order under five minutes. And they’re very very clean and they put some decorations around because of Christmas and other holidays.“

“Jeremiah was such a pleasure. Smiled and greeted me soon as I walked in . That was the best feeling. You don't get that any more walking in to stores. He let me know information on what I wanted to order..Just overall pleasant and patient. I will be back for sure if he is working. This shifted my morning and my own energy. Please hire more people like Jeremiah“

“My overall experience at Chick-fil-A was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The service moved efficiently, and everyone I interacted with seemed focused on making sure customers were taken care of. My order was prepared correctly, the food was fresh and hot, and everything tasted good. Chick-fil-A continues to be one of the more consistent fast-food restaurants when it comes to both food quality and customer service.

The only part of the experience that confused me was being asked for the last four digits of my phone number before I could receive my food. I was not expecting that, and I was not completely sure why it was necessary. A quick explanation from the employee would have made that part of the process clearer and more comfortable. However, it was only a minor issue and did not take away from the overall visit.

Aside from that brief confusion, I had a positive experience. The restaurant appeared clean and well managed, the employees were professional, and my meal was enjoyable. I would definitely return to this Chick-fil-A location and would recommend it to others looking for good food, quick service, and a pleasant atmosphere.“

“Chick-fil-A has amazing food, and that alone is the main reason people keep coming back. The quality is consistently great, and it’s hard to go wrong with anything on the menu.

However, getting the food can sometimes determine whether the experience feels worth the return visit. If you’re casually walking in without ordering ahead, you’ll likely run into a very busy environment with a huge line of customers already waiting to order. The restaurant is almost always packed, which shows how popular it is, but it also means longer wait times.

For people who rely on fast food for speed and convenience, that wait can impact the decision on whether it’s worth coming back. The food is excellent, but service speed can vary depending on how busy it is.

The app definitely improves the experience. Ordering ahead helps a lot, and you can also earn rewards, which makes things smoother and more efficient.

As for service, it’s generally good, but there are occasional mistakes like forgetting sauces in the bag nothing major, but it does happen from time to time.

In terms of pricing, it’s not expensive, but it’s not cheap either. It sits right in the middle, depending on what you order.

Overall, Chick-fil-A delivers outstanding food and strong customer appeal, but the long lines, occasional service mistakes, and wait times keep it from being a perfect experience.“
