Chick-fil-A in Woodbridge

“I rarely review fast food restaurants but I had to comment on the extremely nice manag…..oh wow, after reading the previous reviews I guess everyone beat me to the punch. Daquan, you’re an explosion of positive vibes that’s much needed in this old mall.“

“I went to this location on Wednesday night.

We walked up and Ty took our order. My son who is autistic. Loves mac & cheese, but he will not eat the mac & cheese that has the burnt cheese on there., The cheese that everybody loves. I asked Ty If she could ask them not to put The burn part is his cup. She smiled and said she would tell them. She was not bothered by this request.

We placed the rest of our order and sat down. When the order came it was perfect. His mac & cheese did not have any of the cheese that he would not eat. When She passed by she gave us a thumbs up to make sure everything was perfect than it was. Ty is amazing and she is an asset to this restaurant. Her smiling and Compassionate nature is amazing.“

“Service here is the best of any restaurant or drive-through! Tried the highly hyped chicken and waffles sandwich, and the s’mores shake. The waffle sandwich definitely fell below expectations, texture of the waffle was not good compared to a Mcgriddle. Even with drowning it in syrup, it didn’t help. On the other hand, the s’mores shake was perfect!!! The marshmallow flavored whipped cream and blending in the graham cracker crumbs was well done!“

“Not sure yet about the food. But they have good employees here. Quran & Janeece are very very helpful. Thank you. It's only my second time trying Chick Fil A because I had food poisoning from the salad at another location 5 years ago so I was scared to go to Chick Fil A for years“
