Chick-fil-A in Philadelphia

“I’ve been to a lot of Chick-fil-A locations, and this was by far the kindest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

From the moment I ordered, the staff went above and beyond. They brought my drink out before my food was ready so I didn’t have to wait, then later checked on me, offered to bring me napkins, and even asked if I’d like a drink refill. It wasn’t just good customer service, it was genuine hospitality.

It’s rare to feel this welcomed at a fast food restaurant. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and seemed to truly care about making sure I had a great experience. In a world where people often rush through interactions, this team made me feel valued as a customer.

Thank you to everyone working at the Columbus Commons location. Your kindness genuinely made my day, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. Keep doing what you’re doing because it makes a real difference.“

“I was an amazing experience it was my first time at chikfila and the cashier jorden made me feel very welcomed.. he was very helpful and patient. I would recommend this place to anyone.. if you gonna spend money at McDonald's or burgur king for a meal. It's only a few extra bucks for better food and better service here and when I say a few I mean litterally like 2-3 bucks more that's it... They have restaurant quality service but they are fast food.. wow I'm impressed

Wow its been a long time since I've given this place a review. Still has good service but I must reluctantly complain about the fact that every chik fil a exact the one on grant ave keeps their playback close. It's really annoying at this point. B4 covid they were all open covid shut them down and now theyre being used as storage everywhere we go. I have skipped this place too many times to count because of the play place being closed. I have 6 so it was really nice to have it.
Food is still amazing. But I will definitely travel all the way over to Grant so my babies can play.“

“Well went well drove threw ordered with ease. Got exactly what I wanted. No mishaps or incorrect items. Everything was hot and drinks were cold. The drive around was short and swift. The parking was Plenty the place was clear and clean of trash and debris. My experience was great here. No issues no hassles smooth transaction.“

“Everytime I go to this Chick Fil A they are always quick, clean and the workers are always attentive. Chester was a big help and gave very good energy you never know what someone is going through in life and for him to just be kind made my day.“

“I had a chicken sandwich with some french fries, chicken nuggets and a milkshake. And my parents had the chicken, waffle sandwiches. And everything was cooked to perfection! The chicken breasts were cooked to a crispy golden brown and the waffles were cooked just crisp enough to hold the sandwich together. They added bacon which made for a perfect southern breakfast sandwich.“

The chocolate milkshake was surprisingly delicious... I thought it would be too sweet and taste like medicine (five guys), but it was very refreshing! Really good to drink

I thought it was quite salty, but the chicken was really tender! The lattice fries with Chick-fil-A sauce are delicious! The sauce itself has a smoky flavor ?? As for the drink, I choose black tea, but it is explosively sweet... sweet to the core... so scary“

“Really good service, as expected from Chick-fil-A! They have two drive-thru lines — one for mobile pickup and one for regular orders. I find this really useful, and it makes the process way quicker. I find myself just driving into the mobile pickup lane, ordering right on my phone, and getting my food without having to sit in the regular line. It definitely beats waiting!

The location is also extremely convenient if you’re coming from or heading to the airport.

The only frustrating part is getting out on the S 26th St side. You can’t make a U-turn, so you have to drive all the way down before you can turn around. It’s a little inconvenient, but honestly, that’s a road issue than a Chick-fil-A issue.

Other than that, the food was great and the service was good. I highly recommend this location!“

“I was craving Chick-fil-A all day and I went to this location…. It did not disappoint. The line was long but moving fast. The workers had Great communication with each other and customers. Especially Mr. Delmar M. he’s a “sunjoy” his customer service is perfect… I’ll be back🤗.“

“This is a tricky review.
The chicken is always good…it’s Chick-fil-A!
Yet, this is not a full restaurant. There is no breakfast menu, extended menu, or dessert menu. There’s only chicken sandwiches, tenders, nuggets, drinks, and fries for the most part. It’s disappointing sometimes when I’m in the mood for a breakfast sandwich. Otherwise service is super fast because items are stocked on heated shelves not order-based! Staff are super nice too! It’s the only CFA in the area so I’m grateful it’s here.

“We have stopped at this Chic-Fil-A multiple times on our visits. It’s close to our hotel and Target. This place is busy! I have never been here and not seen a line. They handle it with that speed and service that Chic-Fil-A is known for. The food is great and it’s a convenient spot to stop. Just be prepared to stand in line for a little bit.“

“Stopped to get a chicken sandwich and some fries after taking a look at other options in the airport. The line was 25+ people long, and most of the other establishments in the food court had only two or three. It seemed like Chick-fil-A was the place to be, and I have no complaints about the experience. The supervisor was at the cash register, and people were really nice. We only waited for a couple of minutes to order, and the food came out promptly.“
