Chick-fil-A in Philadelphia

“Food and service was great there’s a guy I believe he’s a manager or something higher his name is Jeff he has to be the most down to earth, respectful and caring person to all the customers I’ve never really seen someone in this industry that keeps the same positive and helpful energy to everyone all day it doesn’t matter what time you catch him if he’s there and you come in right before they are about to shut down for the day you’ll get the same inviting positive welcome as if it was the start of the day“

“Chick Fil-A in Philadelphia. Food was very good. Had a grilled chicken burger w/ fries. Services was like who does that they serve you, bring your meal to your table, give you wipes after your done. Restaurant was clean in an out. They even take care of there workers outside, light of misty spray out in the drive thru, keeping there workers cool an content.“

“Everytime I go to this Chick Fil A they are always quick, clean and the workers are always attentive. Chester was a big help and gave very good energy you never know what someone is going through in life and for him to just be kind made my day.“

“This is a tricky review.
The chicken is always good…it’s Chick-fil-A!
Yet, this is not a full restaurant. There is no breakfast menu, extended menu, or dessert menu. There’s only chicken sandwiches, tenders, nuggets, drinks, and fries for the most part. It’s disappointing sometimes when I’m in the mood for a breakfast sandwich. Otherwise service is super fast because items are stocked on heated shelves not order-based! Staff are super nice too! It’s the only CFA in the area so I’m grateful it’s here.

The chocolate milkshake was surprisingly delicious... I thought it would be too sweet and taste like medicine (five guys), but it was very refreshing! Really good to drink

I thought it was quite salty, but the chicken was really tender! The lattice fries with Chick-fil-A sauce are delicious! The sauce itself has a smoky flavor ?? As for the drink, I choose black tea, but it is explosively sweet... sweet to the core... so scary“

I would especially like to recognize Derrick, who handled my order with exceptional care and patience. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service reflect the high standards this location maintains.

After reading a particularly negative review prior to visiting, I was genuinely surprised, as it bore very little resemblance to the experience I and others actually had. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, it’s difficult to reconcile that characterization with the professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality I personally witnessed.

“Love the quick service here. You're in and out in no time. Parking lot is kind of hidden so this was my first time going. I took my time finding it. You'll have to use the Target entrance, but at the first stop sign make a left away from Target. At the bottom of the hill follow it around as if you are going to park under Target.“
