Chick-fil-A in Philadelphia

“I’ve been to a lot of Chick-fil-A locations, and this was by far the kindest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

From the moment I ordered, the staff went above and beyond. They brought my drink out before my food was ready so I didn’t have to wait, then later checked on me, offered to bring me napkins, and even asked if I’d like a drink refill. It wasn’t just good customer service, it was genuine hospitality.

It’s rare to feel this welcomed at a fast food restaurant. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and seemed to truly care about making sure I had a great experience. In a world where people often rush through interactions, this team made me feel valued as a customer.

Thank you to everyone working at the Columbus Commons location. Your kindness genuinely made my day, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. Keep doing what you’re doing because it makes a real difference.“

“We know the food is good, but what matters to me is honesty and attentiveness and the man who worked there and was on break saw i dropped something coming out of my car. He went outside and grabbed it and walked it over to me while in line. Thank you💖“

I remember the interaction with the woman in front of me, and honestly, she was extremely rude to you. But when it was my turn, I was so impressed by how you were able to shake it off, keep your composure, and still treat me with kindness.

When I made the joke about my wallet being in a bag, and you pulled up your phone and joked about your wallet being on your phone 😂, you probably don’t realize it, but that genuinely made my day. I hope I was able to turn your day around a little bit too.

I told you that we all have bad days, but what matters most is being able to shake it off, keep going, and not allow someone else’s negativity to change who you are.

So Ronnie, I truly hope you were able to bounce back after the people who were making fun of you as you were trying to organize and review their almost 200-item order. “Everytime I go to this Chick Fil A they are always quick, clean and the workers are always attentive. Chester was a big help and gave very good energy you never know what someone is going through in life and for him to just be kind made my day.“

“This is a tricky review.
The chicken is always good…it’s Chick-fil-A!
Yet, this is not a full restaurant. There is no breakfast menu, extended menu, or dessert menu. There’s only chicken sandwiches, tenders, nuggets, drinks, and fries for the most part. It’s disappointing sometimes when I’m in the mood for a breakfast sandwich. Otherwise service is super fast because items are stocked on heated shelves not order-based! Staff are super nice too! It’s the only CFA in the area so I’m grateful it’s here.

The chocolate milkshake was surprisingly delicious... I thought it would be too sweet and taste like medicine (five guys), but it was very refreshing! Really good to drink

I thought it was quite salty, but the chicken was really tender! The lattice fries with Chick-fil-A sauce are delicious! The sauce itself has a smoky flavor ?? As for the drink, I choose black tea, but it is explosively sweet... sweet to the core... so scary“

I would especially like to recognize Derrick, who handled my order with exceptional care and patience. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service reflect the high standards this location maintains.

After reading a particularly negative review prior to visiting, I was genuinely surprised, as it bore very little resemblance to the experience I and others actually had. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, it’s difficult to reconcile that characterization with the professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality I personally witnessed.

“We have stopped at this Chic-Fil-A multiple times on our visits. It’s close to our hotel and Target. This place is busy! I have never been here and not seen a line. They handle it with that speed and service that Chic-Fil-A is known for. The food is great and it’s a convenient spot to stop. Just be prepared to stand in line for a little bit.“
