“Idk why but this is me and my friends main to go to fast food restaurant 95% of the time. The chick-fil-A sauce is just so good on the nuggets, sandwiches and fries? Their quick and when they make mistakes they are quick to fix it. The employees are always kind and because we go so much sometimes the drive through person recognizes us a day crack a joke. It's just a good experience overall?✨ Dining in when we have time is also nice the place is cleanly and aestheticly attractive☺️Parking: It's never too full and we can always find a spot when we wanna dine in✨“

Always nice and accommodating to our special kids??That's the most important thing!??Always has been and continues to be outstanding!??Kid-friendliness: We have a group of 16 special ed high school students and Two classes! It can become very chaotic!The staff continues to be attentive and accommodating to us.?❤️Personally, I've been with the District for 20+ years and the majority (14 years) of that being in MDS ( the HIGHEST needs children ??)) and Chick-fil-A remains a quality place with great (hard working workers!)They deserve recognition!Happy holidays!“
“Always crowded, even the drive thru. So hard to get your food without at least a 10 min. Wait. Line is always long but the employees are amazing as everyone k ow I love Great Customer Service and this place is great on CS. Makes you come back and don't mind the wait.“
“The way the server handed me my 4 sodas in the carry-out container and my food, I could have dropped them. I had to stop and adjust my bag in my arms since it didn't have any handles to carry it. She could have waited for me to get a handle of everything before walking off to grab more food. Otherwise, the food was good as always.“
“I make weekly visits to this location. The staff aren’t as friendly as they used to be. Not many smiles, and they barely reply with “my pleasure”. And when they’re handing out mobile orders, they aren’t known to greet or acknowledge the pickup customers. Officially the least friendly location in the city.“
“I come somewhat regularly and there’s usually always a line especially between 12-2:30 but the wait isn’t to bad though it goes pretty quickly. The food is always good, fresh and hot, the lemonade is great too. I’ve always had pleasant experiences the only time I’ve had an unpleasant experience was on Friday I ordered a deluxe sandwich meal and the bottom bun was hard as a brick.“
“Amazing staff but there’s not too many options. I’ve never been to a chick-fill-a like this before. It’s literally a pick & go spot. Everything is ready, so you just pick what you want and go to the register to pay. Can’t do mobile orders.“
“Food and service were as expected, limited menu but that's expected in a busy airport setting. My only complaint is that they didn't ask if I wanted the receipt. I could have been reimbursed from my travel insurance because of my delayed flight if I had been given the receipt.“

The team had the line flowing smoothly, and the dude behind the counter preparing the orders, maybe his name was Perry or something like that, was making sure things were correct in all situations. Great teamwork during the airport lunch rush.“

The brought the food to the table really quick-which is a plus ➕bc I didn't know they did that! I've only shyed away from it because no matter the location the lines are ridiculously long!
