“Out of all the chick fila we have been to - the staff and food here were better than the others. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The food was hot and fresh.
There is a staff member named Yuri who was helping a mom of 4 young kids. He was assisting her in cleaning up and also cleaning up the baby while she was helping her other kids. I have never witnessed that type of service before… Yuri went above and beyond - and then he also went around making sure everyone else had what they needed…
I hope Yuri gets acknowledged as well as the rest of the staff who were here today (11/15/25 lunchtime).“
“I enjoy this CFA. I order pretty frequently. What I don’t enjoy is their 25% success rate of remembering straws. Sometimes people are unhappy which isn’t a huge bother but not having the straw means a parched drive home which is a bummer.“
