“I understand Chick-fil-A’s policy on customer service, but the fake kindness shouldn’t extend to the point of making customers uncomfortable while ordering. Some of the employees sound like they’re reading from a script, and it feels awkward knowing there’s a real person with their own personality underneath the facade.“

“Great service, the crew regularly checks on the customers to see if they need refills on their beverages or anything else. Food is brought out to your table promptly. The food selection is also great, wish there was one of these near my home!“
