I frequent this location as my kids love Chik fil A. I’m usually happy with everything. However, I think it’s in very bad taste for the drive in people, when taking cash payments to ask if the customers want their change back if it’s in coins. Like why wouldn’t I want my change? It would be my prerogative to say keep the change if I don’t want it. Do we tip the drive thru staff?
