This is not a great example of Chick-fil-A. From the service to the food to the dining area, all are below what we've all come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The meal was luke warm and tasted not quite right. Maybe it was the oil they cooked the food in? In any rate, a bit disappointing.
No sense of urgency, some grouchy staff, unprofessional. Took about eight minutes to get two milkshakes after they had already been ordered.
Hate they have airport pricing and then charge multiple extra fees; however, staff was nice and food was quick.

While the variety may not be as extensive and the app rewards may not be accepted, the classic items like nuggets, fries, and lemonade are consistent. The Spicy Biscuit meal is a popular breakfast choice, with a quick 10-minute wait time even with long lines. The Philadelphia location in terminal 2 provides ample seating for customers to enjoy their meals comfortably. Overall, while not as extensive as standalone locations, this Chick-fil-A in the airport is a reliable option for a satisfying meal on the go.
