Based on reviews it doesn’t seem like anything is done about the service. The person making the food friendly and professional. Cashier when I ordered a macchiato which is on the menu entered a latte so I said nicely oh I wanted a macchiato. His response was this isn’t Starbucks we have lattes. I said I ordered based on the menu. The other cashier who I had in a previous trip and who is nice heard him and jumped to explain why they consider it a latte which is fine. This La Columbe is located in Terminal A, Philadelphia Airport. Many coffees and pastries to choose from. I had an almond croissant and it was delicious.
The food is okay, the coffee is really good, and the service is horrible. The people working there are very rude. They pretend that you have guessed their ordering process and have no patience in explaining it, not only to us but to everyone.
