Great customer service
Service here is the best of any restaurant or drive-through! Tried the highly hyped chicken and waffles sandwich, and the s’mores shake. The waffle sandwich definitely fell below expectations, texture of the waffle was not good compared to a Mcgriddle. Even with drowning it in syrup, it didn’t help. On the other hand, the s’mores shake was perfect!!! The marshmallow flavored whipped cream and blending in the graham cracker crumbs was well done!

Chick-fil-A is a restaurant with polite, patient, and courteous staff who are very nice, helpful, and efficient. The service is quick, fast, and efficient even when busy, with a great and welcoming customer experience. The environment is very relaxed, great, and pleasant inside, with abundant, clean, and spotless tables in a well-maintained dining area. The drive thru often has a line. The food is delicious, fresh, and comes out hot. Specific meals mentioned are the chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets and fries, two large sweet teas, and the berry lemonade which is sweet. The restaurant is consistently described as fantastic and one of the best locations.
