My son was there visiting today while on a truck stop and while I was on the phone with him listening, I heard the cashier being very rude!! It was shocking to me because Chick fil A employees is held to a higher standard of professionalism!! My son is a well mannered young Melanin young Man and he is very respectable! Unfortunately, we had a negative experience at this restaurant. Our order was missing items, and had some gross crunchy things on both entrees. Since they didn't have a phone number listed, I called corporate to try to connect with the location, but haven't heard back after two attempts over 3 weeks.

Ordered 12 piece nuggets and grilled nuggets. Food took almost 20 minutes and grilled nuggets were not up to standard, had lots of extra matter as if grilled had not been cleaned. My son’s chicken nuggets had a lot of stringy fats still on chicken pieces. Fries had been ready and sitting for 20+ minutes so we’re not as good as well. Might as well go for one of the other food options here where you can count on poor quality.
