Ordered 12 piece nuggets and grilled nuggets. Food took almost 20 minutes and grilled nuggets were not up to standard, had lots of extra matter as if grilled had not been cleaned. My son’s chicken nuggets had a lot of stringy fats still on chicken pieces. Fries had been ready and sitting for 20+ minutes so we’re not as good as well. Might as well go for one of the other food options here where you can count on poor quality.

My son was there visiting today while on a truck stop and while I was on the phone with him listening, I heard the cashier being very rude!! It was shocking to me because Chick fil A employees is held to a higher standard of professionalism!! My son is a well mannered young Melanin young Man and he is very respectable! While listening to the cashier who was attending him it angered me the way she spoke to him! Of course me being a Mama Bear I wanted him to put me on speakerphone! However my son persona is to most always take control of a situation, in a mature manner and not old me No it’s okay! Maybe they’re having a bad day Ms! I felt the need to comment on the experience my son endured and share it!! Although he took the higher route not All will!WOULD HAVE PUT NO STARS IF I COULD!WORST CHICK FIL A CHAIN EVER

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience at this restaurant. Our order was missing items, and had some gross crunchy things on both entrees. Since they didn't have a phone number listed, I called corporate to try to connect with the location, but haven't heard back after two attempts over 3 weeks.

Rude service when attempting to use a chick fil a gift card, wasn't aware that it's not a real chick fil a so once they showed me the sign I got over that. However very rude girls behind the desk, and there was hair in my sweet tea, so I just tossed it and left.
The little “nicollia” girl needs to fix her attitude before it causes her some issues, and then an alphabet test because she doesn’t seem to know what letters make what sounds, besides that the rest of the staff was talking with each other, sitting on their phones, with at least 20+ people in line in back of me. Worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to.

I understand it’s stressful during rush hour. But there is no need to be rude when I’m coming up to your counter with a smile and a polite tone. Also the employee didn’t need to yell at me if i was trying to finish my order. She told me they didn’t do milkshakes while others were able to order them. I work in this line of work so I understand but that doesn’t give you the excuse to be rude and place the wrong order.
