“Everything about this place is excellent. I had the chicken satay and the beef pad see ew and all I can say is, don’t be afraid to try them out, you will not regret it!To drink I ordered the Lychee-plum and if you like sweet drinks, I can assure you will love this one as much as I did.“
“Loving preservation of the French Dip!! Picture says it all. Bun was light, fresh and totally up to the task of embracing the perfectly roasted beef. Special shout out to Meg at the bar who shows as much respect for their fantastic whiskey collection as the kitchen does for the beef!“
“Great place to eat. Friendly and big portions. I have tried most things and liked them but. My go to order is the Chicken Bimbap Bowl with Tiger Sauce. They are donating a portion of sales to Annandale Baseball on Monday 4/26 and Tuesday 4/27... Just mention Annandale at the register or in the "Special Instructions" when ordering online.“
“I ordered the soup dumplings, egg custard and congee. Everything was so amazing - some of the best dim sum I’ve had and at a great price. It came out super fast too. ??? definitely trying to get my friends to come here next time with me! Also the people here are “
“Very chill vibe to this place. The food seems pretty well priced, and they had games which was super fun! I would go again for the vibes if I was in the area Famous beer cheese 3/5 The cheese sauce was good and the bread had a nice crisp to it. However, I wish the garlic was slightly cooked or was a garlic butter so it was easier to get on the bread. You basically rub a garlic clove on the bread which really didn't get it too garlicky“
“Visited family and had a quick bite before my flight back home. Large portions - flavorful food. Open yet cozy atmosphere with really cute details and decor. Unlimited mimosas or Bloody Mary for $20 offered. Full menu sounded delicious. Attentive and accommodating wait staff. I’d recommend ?“
“This location is hands-down a high-quality place. I'm currently in grad school, and this place has never failed me when I order something to go. I've tried most of the main dishes and they are all great. The food has lots of flavor and is always served hot. When I order delivery, the order is always delivered quickly and the customer service is great. I highly recommend everyone in the neighborhood give this place a try.“
“If you are craving for chicken, there is no place better than three roosters. I know you all had chicken before unless you’re a vegan, this is the best chicken I ever had in my life and that is saying a lot. Good amount of chicken with rices as they aren’t stingy with the meat. Price is a a bit pricy but that is all midtown pricing these days. I’ve had this place 3 times this week alone and I’m still loving it. If you’re around midtown and craving chicken and rice, you can’t go wrong.“
“Came here for brunch on a Saturday around 11am. I’d highly recommend a reservation because the place was at capacity by 12:30pm. We got the huevos rancheros and they were one of the best ones I’ve had! The vibe and service of the spot were also great!“
“Plnt Burger is absolutely amazing my new favorite place to eat. There chicken sandwich and nuggets reminded me so much like chick fila. Everything tasted very clean and so fresh. Quality of the food is 10/10 and they have a good variety of sauces all are delicious. I highly recommend.“
“Came here on a Sunday early afternoon after searching for a place to have a quick brunch without the hassle of driving in circles looking for a parking. I entered and was immediately greeted by the hostess and decided to sir at the bar. There was a decent amount of people there but it was not crowded.Once seated, I was provided water, menu and utensils. I ordered the hangover sandwich with was a BLT woth.sunny side eggs and avocado. It was yummy and very filling. It cane it fries but the fries were a rad bit overcooked and some were burnt. I also had a Pina mule and ur was really good. Overall a good spot for a quick brunch.“
“The cozy atmosphere of this place is unmatched! Seating is limited so come early or make a reservation because the food here is fantastic. I loved my burger — the thick patty, sourced from Ottomanelli’s (for local UESers), had quality you could taste. It’s served on an English muffin which is unique and totally works! This was one of the few burgers where I didn’t feel absolutely stuffed/heavy after eating it which was refreshing. Highly recommend ordering it with the white cheddar cheese! The low lights, soft jazz, wooden furnishings, delicious food, and welcoming service make this place an easy 5 star ??“
“The food was very good. Very tasty with good portions. We ordered the jollof rice with goat, it was very flavorful with nice big chunks of goat. We started with pepper soup, the soup had a nice kick to it . I found it a bit spicy but that's just my taste buds. The restaurant is fun and vibrant. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The only issue we had was that the server was very confused and routinely brought the wrong food to our table or didn't bring our order to the table at all. The other servers helped him out, but it did cause a bit of a delay.“
“Nice bill, prices aren't bad either. The spiciest level isn't really that spicy - if you can tolerate the spice of a jalapeño then this is way less spicy and you'll be able to handle it.Ordered the crayfish and shrimp combo cake with potato pieces, no corn. Also ordered size of Cajun fries which were good as well but could've been seasoned a tad more. The poboy was quite dry. Would stick with the boil.“
“The spicy chicken biscuit omg toooooo die for so my husband and I saw many people entering this spot plus it was our first time. We heard mac and cheese, greens, and fried chicken. So we got a bucket of mixed chicken, two sides of Mac and cheese, and some collard greens (they make them with black eyed peas and tomatoes; totally different from any kind of greens I ever had and I definitely was left craving more. Nice little spot and such friendly people. Heading back very soon“
“Wow! After looking at many places on Columbus that just didn’t thrill us, we were SO happy to find the incredibly delicious Mexican cuisine at Nina’s last night I had the Cochinita Pibil (with an orange habanero salsa on the side that will let you know who’s boss…) and my old friend had Enchiladas Mole with chicken. Excellent and authentic food with warm, friendly staff, and a great bar selection with many tequilas. Nina’s is great! Reasonable too! Glad to give credit where it’s due to this 7mo old establishment that I hope stays for many years! Will return for more!“
“Absolutely love this place. Stopped in after 3 pm and was pleasantly surprised that they serve breakfast all day! Will definitely return to try some more of their meatless options. Gave it 4 stars only because my food was cold but still really delicious and tea was a bit hotter than ‘warm’ but not quite hot. I did love that they garnished the plates with edibles flowers.“
“Came here on a Tuesday night with coworkers for Trivia Night. We had the happy hour wings and chips and avocado, both we delicious!!! I would come back just to eat it again. The servers are nice and the ambiance is nice for a after work hangout or a nice dinner date.“
“The first time at mom’s and was pleasantly surprised. The food was great: we ordered avocado toast (no lux), bedrock pancakes (fruity pebbles) and breakfast sandwich. Portions were generous and all fresh. Avocado toast included two large (sourdough?) bread with nice crust and loads of avocado spread, tomatoes, pickled onion, one poached egg (medium poached) per toast and a large piece of Avacado on the plate/toast. All and all the food was great, the service nice and the outdoor covered area clean and warm.“
“One of those holes in the wall that you wished had so much more space. Amazing portions for the price and great quality. Fried rice was great, very fragrant and with the right consistency, as well as the rice box. But the nicest surprise was the matcha roti for dessert, just incredible! I just wish I were leaving closer.“
“What a delightful little breakfast/brunch place!!! We went here straight from the airport on our way into town, luggage and all, and it was perfect! We sat in the little outside area with the fans because the A/C was broken inside. My mom ordered the Grey Dog’s Breakfast with her eggs scrambled, French toast, and bacon, and it’s served with home fries. I ordered the egg and cheese croissant minus the parsley (not my fave) and added bacon. I’m picky about my home fries, so the server offered me french fries instead. We had exactly zero complaints about our meal. The portions are big, the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly, and the French toast had this sweet butter with it that I can’t even compare to anything because it was so unique and delicious. The home fries ended up being DELICIOUS. The French fries were also good. I enjoyed the seasoning on them as well. I’m not a big fan of the thing shoe string fries, but these were good! The three employees we encountered were all very friendly and I would be more than happy to eat here again any time.“
“I attended the Prime Latino Media Award Ceremony for a nomination I won for best Pop Artist 2023 but aside from celebrating this wonderful night I found Judy Z's service, friendly ambiance and food was outstanding ? ?️Recording Artist - Edwin Vazquez “
“Ordered via UberEats. I got the bodega & the ACP.Oh my god. Immediate eyes rolled to the back of my head at the first bite of the bodega biscuit. I got the maple cayenne butter also which I feel was a nice touch. The buttermilk biscuit is buttery, rich, soft, and so good!! Not dry at all!The ACP came with the gravy on the side, which I appreciated to avoid a soggy biscuit. Again, absolutely delicious although I will say it might’ve been a bit salty.. but regardless it was great! Savory and just *chef’s kiss* Worth every penny!I couldn’t even finish it. They are not skimpy with the portions at all! I only wish they had some lattes / tea. Will definitely be ordering again!Truly a neighborhood gem!“
“This is a hidden gym for authentic delicoius Korean food. Me and a friend went after watching a movie. Two orders of Bi-bim-baps took 20 minutes as she made them from scratch. She then gave us some free radish kimchi as a side. Very nice woman, and great food that is reasonably priced. I would gladly go again.“
“The pancake is amazing so fluffy and you can taste the orange, kind of give a cake feel. The waffle is okay, the texture is slightly off/not what I wanted out of a waffle. its like hard ish. The eggs are soft and fluffy. The service was average, the place is nicely decorated. Great brunch spot.“
“We went yesterday. First; very nice atmosphere. Indoor and outside seating available. Everyone was super friendly. Food was perfect. Abs the bottomless mimosas =❤️ our server Moe ( probably spelling wrong ) went above and beyond for us. He made an already perfect visit even better. I would highly recommend. Ty Lilly’s Craft and Kitchen.“
“First of all, the restaurant is designed in such a beautiful way and the "Farm to Table" is incorporated so beautifully and elegantly. The food is great; very delicious and fresh and very simple in the good way. We love the place very much!“
“First time trying vada pav and samosa pav. The pav/bread was so soft and buttery. In one bite, you experience the softness of the bread, the crunchiness of the samosa skin, and the smoothness of the spiced potato filling. The bread was spread with cilantro chutney and chili powder, adding an extra layer of freshness and heat.Paneer tikka roll. Perfect for snacking or a quick lunch! The grilled paneer cheese was milky and creamy!Lamb korma box. The korma was rich and nutty. The lamb was so tender it yielded to a fork’s touch. A whole box contains one main entree, yellow dal, rice, paratha, onion salad... so filling!Chicken biryani. The chicken was juicy, and the whole dish was really well-spiced. Fiery, savory, tangy, sweet... very addictive.Mango lassi. Creamy, silky, and rich in mango flavor. A good companion to spicy Indian food!“
“We've walked past this Mexican restaurant a million and one times. Never paid it much attention. Well...we've been to dinner 2x in 4 days! The food is legit! The salsa and chips are fresh made and both are great. I've had the carnitas and now the carne asada. The carnitas melt in your mouth. The carne asada is an actual NY strip steak with grilled peppers and onions on top. Rice and beans are also included in both dishes. The drinks are tasty and the staff, friendly and take really good care of you. If you plan to go on a weekend, I suggest you make a reservation on OpenTable.“
“I don’t usually write food reviews but Wow to this restaurant!! My most favorite Thai restaurant in the UWS or even NYC. As a Thai person living in NYC i can say everything I ordered from here are so authentic! The food so fresh and flavorful plus the service is top notch! If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommended this place to everyone!“
“It's 2024 and this place is still a hit in my heart ❤️ ? ? I highly recommend coming to this beautiful establishment nestled in the heart of Spanish harlem on the east side. Come show some love to this Gem plus the best thing about this place besides the food, are the amazing people! It's such a vibe... love you ?“
“On a Spring day in the big apple I found myself in the Chelsea area and decided to have brunch at Cafeteria. The ambience gives an upscale diner with lots of space on the inside and outside. The host was warm and friendly as he led me and my friends to our table which was situated in the patio. With loads of sunlight and that unrepentant NYC noise, it was the perfect pair for a brunch day.I ordered the Shaved Prime Rib sandwich which was absolutely delicious especially with the sauce that came with it. I was also able to modify my order to come with truffle fries instead of the regular fries. I did not order for a drink as I had drank a lot the previous night. So I just had sparkling water. The chef later came out to say hello to my friends and I, he’s a gracious gentleman from Senegal. All in all it was a great experience. If you’re looking for somewhere chill with some vibrance to it, this is your place!“
“Space is small, so a reservation is definitely needed. All run by chef and owner, Artist. That day we had the place almost all to ourselves and he made our experience one of a kind with his hospitality and attention. Eating delicious food while the guest musician played made for good vibes. We made quick friends with our dining neighbor and the whole restaurant just talked about life. Would definitely return again!“
“This is an iconic and go to spot in the Lower East Side to have a sweet or savory (or both) knish! I always make the walking trip to order a sweet potato or apple strudel knish to start my morning or have as an afternoon snack. I find comfort in getting it warmed up at the ideal temperature so I can easily bite in and enjoy while sitting at a nearby park or walking and snacking. The cashier I usually see is very kind and makes sure the knish is warmed up perfectly (I believe they ask you if you want it warmed up). [Side note, I usually order a coffee or cappuccino from a coffee shop in West 4th to pair beautifully with either my sweet potato or apple strudel knish] I highly recommend coming and spreading the word about this place. It's a historical foodie destination and should be shared one knish at a time.“
“1. The food is decent, I would only recommend the soba and nothing else. The Stamina Don is not a “Powerful Bowl Dish”or “Gut-Busting, it is bland and not spicy.2. The portions and taste of the appetizer was not worth the money to try.3. The service was excellent, they rearranged the seating for our large group in a small restaurant.4. The atmosphere was nice and homey, on busy days it can become crowded.“
“I was introduced to Jacob's Pickles recently when meeting a friend at the Moynihan Trail Hall. He insisted on finding food as soon as he arrived from Washington, D.C., refusing to venture outside the building. So, we headed to the food court and stumbled upon Jacob's Pickles. The enticing aroma from the kitchen beckoned us, especially with its unique southern-inspired menu, which particularly resonated with me being from the south. I opted for the barbecue chicken-loaded fries as a starter, which turned out to be a substantial meal in itself. The portion size was exceptionally generous, prompting me to take some home. It's rare to find such generous portions in New York City without breaking the bank. Additionally, I indulged in biscuits and gravy and mac-and-cheese with two friends. I recommend treating these dishes as a family-style dining experience due to their size. Although Jacob's Pickles in the train hall lacks a dedicated dining area, the hall provides a pleasant space to enjoy your meal, provided it's not too crowded. While the food was served in a reasonable amount of time, it did take a bit longer for the barbecue chicken-loaded fries. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Jacob's Pickles and look forward to returning when my friend visits again and inevitably demands immediate dining. It's safe to say where we'll be dining next time!“
“Nerai offers a fantastic Greek dining experience with its exquisite seafood and Mediterranean flavors. The dishes are beautifully presented, and each bite is a delight. The service is top-notch, with staff that are both attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is elegant and sophisticated, yet inviting, making it a perfect choice for a special evening out or a fancy lunch. Definitely a must-visit.“
“The food was absolutely delicious. We waited at least 1 hour for them to tell us they didn't have pernil or oxtail. But the churasco steak was delicious. And they made up for this by giving us delicious empanadas and dessert on the house.“
“Tucked away in the city's heart, Tea and Sympathy is a charming escape that promises more than just a cup of tea. The ambiance is warmly vintage and invites you to relax and unwind. The tea selection is exceptional, catering to both connoisseurs and casual drinkers. I tried the house blend Earl Grey. They also have traditional British Teas like Barry’s and Yorkshire Gold. It's the perfect spot to slow down, savor the moment, and indulge in a cup of tea or a hearty meal. They offer traditional and vegetarian options of old English favorites, Sunday Roast, Shepard’s Pie and the fish and chips looked well done. They of course offer the British condiments to go along with the meal. For me, adding to the allure Tea and Sympathy offers vegan soups that are both flavorful and comforting. I tried the butternut squash soup which was a generous portion and delightful. Their "Absolutely Fabulous" salad truly lives up to its name, delivering a fresh and hearty salad experience. The standout feature, however, is their impeccable service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist, enhancing the overall experience. There is also a shoppe with British snack and tea favorites.Vegetarian options: Many vegan and vegetarian options of British favoritesDietary restrictions: They offer vegan soups and options.“
“The best, the service: very attentive and waiting to help you only to detect that you were a foreigner. The portions are huge (at least all the sandwiches) and the product is of good quality. Typical American food, which if you're a fan of, you'll enjoy. Recommended visit and at adjusted prices, to be New York.“
