EXCEPTIONAL Food & Service. Billy and Tom are awesome, friendly and professional. The food is so yummy and I would recommend them to any events that you're having from weddings, going-away parties, birthdays, memorials, etc. Keep up the fantastic work that you're doing.
Went to an event at the United Palace Theater last week. The event was made better by having some absolutely delicious hors d’oeuvres. They passed many items, and among my favorites were the Thai beef summer rolls. Chef Billy? So fresh and well thought out for serving at this time of year. My friend who is a vegetarian really enjoyed the guacamole. I cant remember what was the name of this pastry but it would come in a little cup with this cream it was milky I need someone to help me out because i need this in my life again.
