“This quickly became one of my favorite newish places in NYC. It’s a mostly vegan menu that changes occasionally with daily specials that are always worth checking out. The yuba and broccoli rabe sandwich is my current favorite. I highly recommend the bean dish with greens and focaccia, especially good for sharing. Their desserts are super unique and mind blowing, definitely worth a try. Glad this place exists.“

“We've been going to Fonda for years and love it. Last night we almost had a lousy experience but NO! The management went above and beyond to make everything work perfectly for us. I was very grateful because it was my birthday. We all enjoy the food- my favorite is always camarones adobado and it was delicious as usual. My son loves the fried plantains and they really are they best of anywhere we've eaten. Thanks Fonda for continuing to be a reliable, fun, delicious place for our family! ***I can't seem to to get the individual star ratings to change- they should all be 5 stars!“

“I love Pi I enjoy getting my Greek frappe and other coffees from Pi. The pastries are exceptional and if you want to have lunch, you can also have fantastic Greek dishes. “This review is long overdue. However, we are glad we waited because seven (7) months later, we are STILL getting rave reviews from our friends and families about the food at our wedding! We had a VERY difficult venue that required all of our vendors to submit referrals and agree to a multitude of specific rules. Our original caterer cancelled two (2) months out from our wedding date (after a year of planning). We did not know what to do! They had already been approved and accepted by our venue. We were devastated! KRISP quickly reviewed the menu / pricing we had negotiated and budgeted with that caterer. They were SO reassuring, and offered us MORE options for a lower cost. We could not believe it! After experiencing an incredible tasting at their gorgeous venue, we were SOLD! THE FOOD IS UNREAL, seriously! When we were low on alcohol, they ran to the store to ensure that our guests would not notice any lapse! They even secured and stored our cake topper for months after our wedding! Despite coming on board with less than 2 months to prepare, KRISP navigated a VERY difficult venue, provided incredible service and kept all the stress out of our site! If you don't scoop them up while you can, your event will not be as good as it could have been.“

“Andiamo Pizza is a good spot if you're out late with friends and need a quick bite to end a long evening, as they are open decently late. No frills, nothing too special, but they have multiple different pies, fast service, and the price is fine. One minor and weirdly negative thing I'll mention are the crazy bright LED lights over the pizzas...that are for some reason pointed at the customer. I felt like it was me on display, not the pizzas.“
