7 Best Caterers in Long Island City

Dish Food & Events Caterers • $$
42-25C Vernon Blvd, Long Island City

“We got married at the Green Building last weekend and Dish is one of their preferred vendors, so when we chose them as our caterer, we knew we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing! In addition to their catering services, we used Dish’s day-of coordinating services. The food was phenomenal and people still keep raving about the chicken and waffle cones from our cocktail hour! Every single bite I had throughout the day left me satisfied with a happy belly! The entire day went as smooth as butter and everyone really enjoyed themselves! Our magical day would not have been possible without the amazing duo of Evalyn and Lauren! They were truly the best!“

Cloud Catering and Events Caterers • $$$

“I had the honor of being the DJ for two weddings this past year at the same location (620 Loft + Garden in New York City), and each time I had the pleasure of working with Cloud Catering. I've performed 500 events at over 200 locations. I had to write this review because Cloud Catering provides an absolute exquisite service to their guests. Not only is the staff professional, polite, friendly, attentive to detail, caring, and accommodating.. the food they create is some of the best I've ever had! Thank you for helping to create yet another spectacular experience last night. Search "DJ VLOG 620 Loft & Garden" on YouTube to watch the recap video. I look forward to working with you again in the future! You're amazing – DJ AFINO“

Hams sushi Caterers •
23-23 Borden Ave, Long Island City

“We booked Hams Sushi for a 50th at home sushi birthday celebration. The sushi chefs arrived 2 hours before to set up and watching them work away was already a teaser for the main attraction. Guest who arrived early were mesmerized as the sushi chefs started making an assortment of colorful nigiri and rolls. The raw fish was some of the freshest fish we’ve ever tasted and the Hokkaido uni and toro were the highlights of the evening. The guests were so impressed with this experience and kept raving about how amazing the party was. Thank you Hans for sending the sweetest sushi chefs and for making this the best party ever. We can’t recommend Hams enough if you ever need to “wow” your guests for a party!“

“I can’t even express how much I love Nuhma’s. I’ve been using them for around 4 years when I am in the area. They do such an AMAZING job with the everything. The food is so good, the packaging & portions are perfect. She also sends pictures of everything when the order is delivered so you can see what you are getting and everything is labeled. They also respond to emails promptly. I just can’t say enough good things about Nuhma’s!! They just did a big order for me last week and it ended up going to another aircraft since I wasn’t able to do the flight. I appreciate their patience and add ons after the fact. I highly recommend them over the other caterers in the area!“

“Let's start with nice samosas (jumbo size - they have smaller size too). They are very crispy with a good flavor. Nice option for yourself or to share, well better don't share :). Then a Dosa (kind of Indian pancake or burrito) with chicken tásala (they ask you how spicy you want). The chicken has a good flavor, so it s a good option when you are boring to eat traditional fast food. The sauces are ok but the Tamarindo was the best with a sweet and a little spicy flavor. The place is pretty small, you order at the cashier, seat, eat and go. Jumbo Samosas, Dosa and Coke: 14$ is the hit to your wallet. मेरे दोस्त को शुभकामनाएँ 🇮🇳 Enjoy your food my friend 🇺🇸 More Food and Entertainment in NY with your new fiend.... @elmanudominguez (Instagram and YouTube videos)“
