I met Sandra at the Asbury Park Vegfest. By the end of day 2 when I went to her booth she was out of collards but she spent 10 minutes explaining to me exactly how to make them her way. Her yams and Mac and Cheese were delicious!
She invited me to her Instagram page if I have any more questions! I’m going to ask her how she makes black eyed peas. I love her generosity of spirit!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great soul food; we got the oyster mushroom "chicken" and waffles, the jerk Mac and cheese and the ox tail. Amazing flavours and great service.
Food was great, the vibe was nice and the people are friendly. I'm not vegan, but I definitely recommend it to any and all Caribbeans. This was it!
