Mia’s Cocina - Traditional Puerto Rican American Food - Latin Cuisine Catering with Vegan Options is a gem of a restaurant and catering service. Everything was absolutely delicious. The pasteles were a huge hit; for some guests it was their first time trying them, and they were completely gone by the end of the night. The taco bar was also amazing, and everyone loved the mango salsa and guacamole. The rice and beans were a favorite, and many guests said it was the best flan they had ever tasted. Kids disdained pizza and gobbled the Puerto Rican food instead. The cooking classes were phenomenal and an incredible experience; the recipes came out amazing, and the style of teaching is authentic. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond. The team handled the buffet setup and service like true pros. Maria is incredibly easy to work with, calm, professional, and flexible. Highly recommend for any event.
