This place is genius. They basically serve one thing (chicken) three ways (poached, grilled and fried) and the end result is that every dish is banging!For a nice price, you get a complete set meal of chicken, rice, some sort of salad, a sauce, and chicken broth. It’s just a really pleasant way to eat with lots of different bites. Beautiful in its simplicity. Three Roosters is on a busy street with plenty of other restaurants, but it's nice to walk into a smaller restaurant space such as Three Roosters. Walking in, the lighting is very bright and it feels like a very clean space. The menu isn't the largest so it makes it easy to decide what to order. If you are craving for chicken, there is no place better than three roosters. I know you all had chicken before unless you’re a vegan, this is the best chicken I ever had in my life and that is saying a lot. Good amount of chicken with rices as they aren’t stingy with the meat. Price is a a bit pricy but that is all midtown pricing these days.
