“When I say the service Santana provides here is nothing short of feeling like you stepped into a family setting. Very Polite, professional and had orders out quickly. As much as my wife and I had already enjoyed Dominos, Santana's brightness was just so refreshing and anyone would agree that he loves what he does and is good at it. 10/10 Would come back and made me honestly appreciate not just the franchise more, but also his customer service was top notch. Highly Recommend coming here“

“Today is December 30th and the girl who is on the clock between 12-1pm is the sweetest. Mariela! The poor girl is working alone, yet, STILL doing a great job and still did not neglect to wash her hands after touching money before she returned to making food. The food is delicious thanks to her and she is very pleasant and hard working. This girl needs a raise! Treating the place & the customers with care like it’s her own.“

“This place is nice. just like any other dominos pizza. when i went in to pickup my order i felt so bad when i only saw ONE PERSON in the place. it must be so hard being in charge of the entire restaurant on your own. other than that my food was great it took about 45 minutes for me to receive it.“

“They marked my order as delivered, I went to the store to pick up my order and it wasn't there. They could not even find the receipt. I show my receipt 🧾 with my order trough the app. At least they apologized and prepared another one. I've never seen another restaurant being so kind in apologizing and admitting their mistake and trying to correct it. The location is not very favorable, there is always homeless and the area is a little dirty.“

“I had a great experience at Domino’s Pizza - 149th St & Broadway! The staff was friendly, professional, and had my order ready right on time. The pizza was hot, fresh, and perfectly made with just the right amount of toppings and flavor. The store itself was clean and well organized, which made the pickup quick and smooth. “The staff here are incredibly diligent and always friendly. Shoutout to the single chef working Thanksgiving! Might have taken just a couple minutes longer than usual to pick up a pizza (as expected working solo) but it was done efficiently and with a smile.

“This place is alright ive been eating here my whole life basiclly. Whether your getting pizza, Chicken, a sandwich, pasta you name it, it will guarenteed be decent. But this place need to add more sandwiches options like a meatball sub id love that, and they need to make the cash limit higher for delievery im tired of having to limit the food i eat just to meet the 50$ arrangement. Sometimes the delivery guys have attitudes dont take your anger out on me because your wife got banged not my fault man. “Great pizza and a great place!

I needed somewhere to spend a couple of hours, and although there were many nearby places open until 9 p.m., I saw Domino’s and decided to visit one of my favorite pizza places from my college days.

The staff member was very friendly, and I really enjoyed my Hawaiian pizza.“

“After a long night in New York City, Domino's on 41st Street was a very convenient stop before heading back to my hotel. My order was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The pizza was made well, and it definitely hit the spot after a busy evening exploring the city.
The only downside was the customer service. The staff didn't seem very welcoming, and the interaction felt rushed. A friendlier attitude would have made the experience much better.
That said, the quality of the food made up for it. If you're looking for a quick, convenient late-night meal in the area, this location is a solid choice. I would order from here again for the food, and I hope the customer service improves.“

“I'm very positively surprised by the way people from Dominos spoke to me and treated me. I came to pick up the order and the manager took a look at the pizza before he gave it to me and he thought there aren't enough mushrooms so he said if I could wait for another one to be done and apologized. “I've spent hundreds of dollars at this particular Dominoes and have ordered here consistently only to always have a problem with delivery. Thier attitudes always expecting a tip and complain or grunt when not given one. The way they talk to my kid when he goes to pick up the pizza. I've constantly called and complained to sammy only to be kinda brushed off by saying were busy or I'm sorry. I will order from the loca pizzeria from now on!(2020 Update) I will say Things have changed for the better since complaining. The driver’s are a lot nicer and make me wanna give them a tip. Have yet to run into an issue thank you for changing for the better. Changed from 1 star to 4.“

“I think there's some misunderstanding about the gloves, I spoke with the lady there and she was very nice and explained to me that they're actually not supposed to wear gloves with the type of food they're handling, because they are supposed to keep washing their hands. It's part of the rules from Dominoes to prevent bacteria from spreading BECAUSE of gloves.

I saw her wash her hands before and after handling the food and taking it out of the oven. The store was clean and the workers were courteous even after I asked about the gloves. They had a good attitude which is rare nowadays.

Sometimes you can ask before you jump to conclusions. I don't think this location deserves all the complaints and bad ratings, but I can understand the confusion.“
