Domino's Pizza in Bronx

“The manager, Mr. Sahim, did one of the kindest things I’ve ever experienced in customer service. For whatever reason, my digital order glitched and the payment didn’t go through. I had ordered 15 pizzas for 11 AM for Teacher Appreciation Week.

Mr. Sahim and the entire morning crew on 5/6/26 were absolutely incredible. They went ahead, prepared the entire order, and delivered the pizzas without hesitation, even before payment was resolved. The team trusted that I would take care of it later and focused first on making sure the teachers received their lunch on time.

That level of kindness, professionalism, and genuine care is rare. I truly applaud Mr. Sahim and his staff for their outstanding service and compassion. Thank you again, Mr. Sahim — your generosity and leadership did not go unnoticed!“

“I love this location! They’re very fast, always get my order right, food is hot and ready to serve once delivered, everything tastes fresh, great deals on the app / website.. can’t beat that! They’re a great option for picking up something last minute if you don’t feel in the mood to cook or for any occasion where you find pizza to be suitable enough to be served.“

“To be honest me and my husband have been ordering from here for about a year now and never once have we had an item missing or had to wait for than an hour there always on point and make sure you get your pizza. 10/10 best dominos out there“

“I had to come on here and say whoever the manger or new employees or whatever keep up the great job the 2 orders that I have made in the past month were amazing. I took a break from this location because food order was never right and food barely warm, but now I’m very pleased? Thank you ?“

“This dominoes is always on point from pizza to wings deserts and everything on their menu always made fresh on the spot packaged correctly and taste is always delicious nice staff preparing the food I see use of gloves hair nets and cleanliness in the foid areas. I highly recommend this dominoes location.“

“Ordered single-topping (pepperoni) NY crust with extra sauce take-out pizza using the app at the coupon price. Waited and ate part in the store. App showed the pizza was in the oven when I arrived. Pizza was perfectly cooked with good distribution of cheese and pepperoni. Exactly what I ordered!“

“Ordered food online to carry out . Food was great no complains . The shop itself is too small and it gets hectic when there is a line since it feels so cramped. Service was ok could be better and more welcoming but hey we are in the bronx .“

“I saw the older reviews so I was taking a gamble but figured they deserved a shot. I had a great delivery. The Ultimate Pepperoni on the hand tossed crust was delicious. I’m not really one for pizza chains but I’ve been feeling the new commercials so I decided to order via UberEats and my delivery order was fantastic. They were very fast and the pie was fresh and hot when delivered. Sauce and cheese were better than what I was expecting. Will order again from this location. 😋 🍕“

“Whoever was working late the night of Monday, March 4th made me the most beautiful pizza pie. I should have taken a picture. And it tasted even better than it looked. I've been getting mine with the garlic parmesan sauce and I highly recommend it.“

“When I got my first small Pepperoni Pie, I was really excited to try it. You can order traditionally, but there is a neat option to place your order via the Domino’s App. It can be done in-store without verbally ordering with the cashier. The app even tells you the approximate time it will be prepared. With a little bit of wait time, you can see your order being made with the custom options you state on the app. The cashier will call you when the order is ready. The small pie itself is delicious with the right amount of cheese, meat and spice, all flavored in a soft and yet crunchy crust. I am satisfied with the Pepperoni Pie. Note that you can earn points to add up to rewarding bonuses, such as complimentary orders on Domino’s.

Vegetarian options: The classic Cheese Pie (no meat toppings) is one of the most common option for vegan pizza lovers. I recommend it. Check out your local Domino’s for vegan toppings, such as extra cheese, mushrooms, onion, spinach, olive, and pineapple.“

“Honestly, i always order online with the Dominos app. The pizza is always made right and comes HOT and fresh. I dont understand why they have so many bad google reviews. Ive been ordering here for the last 5 years and have always had a positive experience!“

“My first job was with Domino's Pizza and this was when I was 16 it's a very good starting place where they believe in giving opportunity to employees to move up the ladder they demand you do great job and come up with new ideas for business and customers as well whatever to make people happy on both ends I forever I love Domino's and I'm forever grateful for the opportunity they gave me when I was young !! I only wish I stood working with them longer it would have been a great experience, however I think under pressure and constant order calls they take on a daily basis you have to give it to those people working diligently every day to satisfy our taste!!!! Kudos to this franchise! I give 4 stars because it's always good to have room for improvement !??Bee well“

“The store is very plain. But i did like how they have a window that allows you and your little ones to see the pizzas get assembled. The guy at the register was not too friendly as he was fighting with the register. Then he kept rushing me to swipe or tap my card to pay but the ringer wasn’t ready to charge me yet. So they need to figure that out. Overall my pizza was well made and it took 25 mins. I’ll be back again.

Kid-friendliness: Window and steps for kids to look at the cooks making the pizza.“

“I recently had the best possible experience at Domino's, and I have nothing but appreciation for their wonderful food and great service. Everything about the ordering and shipping process was easy and pleasurable.\n\nThe online ordering system was easy to use and effective, enabling me to personalize my pizza to my exact specifications. There was something for every member of my group thanks to the assortment of toppings and crust choices that appealed to individual interests.\n\nThe pizza was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The entire experience was enhanced by the delivery person's professionalism and friendliness.\n\nLet's now discuss the pizza itself, which was amazing! The toppings were fresh and liberally distributed, and the crust was flawlessly crispy. It's clear that Domino's is proud of“

“I was really impressed with my pizza reading the reviews and seeing the 2.1 rating , but the guys did a great job with my pizza it was evenly cut and the sauce cheese ratio was good , they were very polite and good energy. All inAll Great crew today“

“It was late at night on Feb.17 2018, they had stopped delivering but Nicholas one of the workers was so very patient, very polite and understanding that he went out of his way to make my order the last delivery for the night. I am so appreciated and thankful because i was really hungry, i wish there were more workers like Nicholas.“

“This was my first time going to this particular dominoes but honestly it was one of my favorite so far. I usually order extra on my pizza and for the first time out of all the places that I went to I actually felt like I got extra like they did not go cheap with the extras that I ordered. for that reason I was like I will definitely go back there. the order was timely and it was ready when it said it would be ready. the people that work there were actually pretty friendly as well they had a nice vibe to them when I was there.“

“Amazing experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and made with great quality. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the order was prepared quickly. Definitely a great place to enjoy a good meal. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍕“
