The staff were very rude. I’m in a boot due to surgery foot surgery. I explained to the driver and staff that I can’t come down because of my foot and I also have a 3 year old with me, please come upstairs. I was told the driver doesn’t come up which is a lie. I spoke to the driver, he told me, he doesn’t see any parking so which one is it? Who lying or telling truth. The no parking is a lie also.
