“I had a wonderful experience with gracious customer service at this dominos the other day. I had just got back into town after a 12 hour drive and the employee was very patient and helpful in taking my order. He even helped me apply a discount and I was very appreciative. The pizza was made in great timing! I appreciate the kindness and wonderful customer service and will be coming back here.“
“I got the gluten free pizza and it was fantastic 😍 very good I would order it again and the pasta was good. Only awkward thing is the pizza delivery guy asked for a tip but I'm homeless in a motel room so I wasn't able to help I was lucky enough to even eat today but at least he has a job. “I've been ordering pizza from this establishment for almost 3 years. I have not had an issue with the establishment. They used to have tables but that's the only issue I have. “The food was great but I don't understand how I'm being charged 6.00 for delivery and the drivers refuse to come in apartment buildings. They say for safety purposes but I feel my safety is in jeopardy because I don't know who the driver is ....“
“I was little trepidatious about ordering due to some of the various reviews but decided to take a chance and I was very happy that I did. Pizza arrived in a fairly timely manner, driver that met me downstairs was friendly. I don’t know if these reviews have been miscolored by some bad nights or a team that was having a hard time but shoutout to the Tuesday night crew!“
“Great customer service tonight. I did carry out for a Philly cheese steak and pepperoni pizza 🍕 only to get home to find no Philly steak at all my pizza, so I called to express this mishap and to my surprise he delivered another pie that was the correct order. I'll admit I was shocked and very happy about the outcome. This has always been go to Domino's in the neighborhood, so for that, they get a thumbs up, and the pizza is always tasty every time I get it. Love the spinach and feta stuffed cheesy bread also. That's my fav😋“
“Pizza and service has been supreme since they came back. Marbled cookie brownie has been a bit overcooked all three times I've gotten it though. Still edible and delicious, but it the brownie bit just tastes and feels like it was close to burning. Almost bitter, with a crisp film on the bottom. Otherwise though great stuff“
“Lately, they have been very good with the way they make their pizzas. They still need to work on getting online orders for carryout, out quickly. The Dominos pass the line, by pressing the I'm outside on your phone, doesn't work at this location, due to the fact you will still wait, while they are doing other things. That is due to this franchise having the person making the food, cutting up the pizza, boxing the food, also working the window at the same time, or if their is two, the other person is in the back preparing pizzas and other food, to be put in the oven. But again, all the places fast food places in Brooklyn are like this. It's sad, because the workers look like me (black), but the places are under staffed, or the workers just have the I don't care they can wait attitude.“

“I've been coming here for a few years and I must say I've never had a bad experience. you simply treat people how you want to be treated. I love when a young lady name Jennifer makes my food. “Since delivery, I love-LOVE the taste, it's hot, fresh, and saucy, and i love the garlic seasoning on my crust! You guys have to try if you want to. The servive is excellent, but the service I do is only delivery, but it's Sheepshead Bay, and close too, not too close but like 0.5 miles, but they are quite fast. And especially the Make your own Pizza on it's website.“

My girlfriend and i decided to order Domino's pizza and chicken wings.The pizza was delicious topped with spinach and green bell peppers.Our orders of Parmesan chicken wings was mouth watering yummy! The customer service gentleman took our orders and told us about the upgrade for more foods.We asked for their delivery service with napkins, paperwork plates and cups.The gentlemen at Domino's were friendly and helpful.I got a text message that our order is on its way.We were very hungry and forgot to take pictures of of our fantastic pizza and chicken wings! We will order again and remember to take videos and pictures.“

“Service and quality has gotten so much better recently. In the past I dread going to this location but it looks like the staff were either better trained or they changed ownership again.Pizzas were created with all the proper toppings and timing for pickup is on time for the most part. Staff also greeted me shortly after I arrived instead of waiting for minutes in the past without any acknowledgement.“
“Food is fresh, tasty, yummy. The wings weren’t ready yet but that’s my preference so I just hit it in the oven on broil for 5 mins to give it the char that I like. Everything is hot & I’m currently tearing it up. The reviews worried me after I placed the order but I’m relieved to have a great experience & it came within 30 minutes ordered and fresh.“

I went to Domino's to get a medium Pepperoni pizza and it's the second time I'm getting such a tasty pizza, damn, it was really good!
Although, they've had some issues with the card payment, so it was not clear whether I was charged or not, they got me covered and shared the pizza without extra pay.

“These guys are class acts. I don't know if management changed recently within the past few years by I remember that this Domino s used to have a lot of issues with delays in my orders. Nowadays, however, they're speedy and the estimate for their delivery is accurate.
The reason I rate them so highly, however, is because of the management. I ordered some lava cakes and they were out at the time. Upset, I called them up to get it straightened out. They covered me for a lava cake on the following order and were keen on working with me to correct the issue rather than just pawning me off to whatever nightmare Domino s corporate has in store for complaints/appeals.
This store genuinely wanted to make sure they did you right and got you what you paid for and I really appreciate that, especially from a fast food chain where that's not usually the norm.“

Indeed, he took my order very quickly, he suggest me the Meatzza who was very tasty—despite how busy it was—and the pizza was prepared promptly. “Hi, this is one of the few five-star reviews. I know people often leave bad reviews because of the delivery, but I opted for In-Store Pickup and was very happy with it. I’d like to say a big thank you to Mohammed, who made two amazing pizzas. I’d say the management needs to look into the issue with the delivery drivers because the pizza here is excellent.“
“Usually when I order delivery from this place i expect it to come in anywhere from 1-2 hours but it’s always hot and fresh. When ordering for take out this place is a dream, workers are nice and foods done quickly. really hit or miss place depending on if you chose delivery or take out.“
