Their customer service sucks! The delivery driver was so unnecessarily rude— made me regret tipping. The wings were soggy, and nasty, but at least the pizza was good. Called the restaurant and it was very hard to get to talk to an actual person. I don’t even write bad reviews but that driver upset me. Just reinforces why it’s important to cook at home. 😭
I made an order for delivery. I left Instructions of buzzing the delivery guy up to drop off my food. He left my food OUTSIDE my apartment building! My food could’ve gotten stolen. At the end of the day you have a job to do. Stop being lazy and deliver the food like you’re paid to do. Unacceptable
