The kamayan dinner was a great experience. NO UTENSILS REQUIRED. they will bring you wet cloth and clean the banana leaves after each course so its not messy.All the dishes were delicious.Try the savory cocktail.We opted for the kamayan dinner which is about 12 dishes (including dessert).
