Based on the reviews, Joe & Pat's NYC is a relaxed pizza spot with a good Italian menu and beers on tap. The pizza is amazing, and a 10'' pizza is perfect for one. Pizza is clearly the primary draw. The Chicken Parmesan was OK, lacking cheese, and the chicken warm at best. The pastas were coming out steaming. The salad was nice and fresh, and the fried ravioli was nice. The meatballs are a must have, and the calamari is delicious. The Lemon Drop Martini is fabulous. The wait staff is great. The old Lanzas’ Neapolitan tile and windows are cool. It is a real hidden gem on 1st Ave.
