Popped in for lunch while I was in the area. We were seated at a cute table at the window. We shared the tri pie and bruschetta. Both were delicious and service was quick since we were one of the few tables at the restaurant.
Man oh man - I was brought here on feverish recommendation so expectations were high.I'm not a fan of super thin, nearly cracker style pizza however, I did like rubirosa a lot (their sister joint) so nevertheless I was excited.I walked out of that restaurant feeling like I just went back in time to when things were simple and food was amazing.This place is elite af - right up there with lucali'sBoth are on God TierThe sauce here though was bliss - the original pie was my favorite...read full review

The fact that this place only has 500 ratings shows you had bad popular taste is. THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA IN NEW YORK CITY. Ok, so you wait 15-20 minutes on a busy night for the Sausage broccoli rabe pie, but it's worth it. You should never want the timing faster. Great bartender and I love the tall draft glasses. That's the way family style pizza is done. Perfecto.
