“The food was great but their chocolate shake was out of this world! I don't know what it is but it is deli-freaking-cious!!! I also noticed the place was really clean and it was because they were cleaning things. I haven't seen staff clean a place so much. Pretty impressive!!“

“Love their burgers! I moved to the neighborhood in 2013 & used to go at least once a week.
Still good with really fast & friendly service but have come in much lesser now. Definitely need some remodeling. Even back in 2013, I always ordered take outs since I've never been a fan of their decor.“

The waitress who served us was very nice and sociable.
He didn't speak Spanish… but he did speak French and English.
I expected the hamburgers 🍔 + big 😂😂😂😂 simply because it was America 🇺🇸… but not at all. The franchise has the same size as in Spain and surely in all its restaurants around the world 🤭😂“
“We were around Rockefeller Plaza and very hungry we stopped in this place a little skeptical... Instead we had to think again!! Fabulous sandwich and delicious fried potatoes.. You then choose the drink from many variations!! The place is a bit small but welcoming... A truly excellent meal“

The burger and fries were divine!
We also loved the variety in the drinks machine, only the sugar-free ones had 6 flavors of soda that day.
The place seems small but it can comfortably seat several people inside.
The price is in line with New York.“
“The burger was alright, and the fries were fresh. They really do give you an extra scoop of fries into the bag! The complimentary peanuts were also a nice touch. The interior is comparitively classy, and the bags of potatoes by the counter were cool.Main complaint: THE PRICE! Seriously, I understand that its Manhattan, inflation, etc, but a Cheeseburger and regular fries should not cost (after tax) 20 dollars! Maybe an unfair criticism, but its the main thing I'll remember after my visit (besides the peanuts, they were neat).“
“I was on the other side of the street from the Smashburger chain and the fact that I got so many different toppings like grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and green peppers along with my cheeseburger one it over. It was really good for what I wanted, and, I got some really good salted and roasted in the shell peanuts to munch on while I waited and if you when I was done..“
“I usually get a bacon cheeseburger and fries; can’t really go wrong with that. My only problem is that usually other locations give a good amount of extra fries in the bag, but not this one.
I usually go to this location often, and I see the same guy at the fry station. And no offense, but he pours so little fries into the bag that you’d swear each fry came out of his paycheck. Other than that, everything is usually delicious and fresh“

The taste is there, with juicy burgers and soft bread. Being able to freely choose your toppings allows you to have a sandwich perfectly suited to your tastes. The fries, served in very generous portions, are crispy and tasty. Little extra: self-service peanuts which add an original touch to the experience.
However, the price is higher than other fast food chains, which may deter some customers. Additionally, restaurants are often noisy and the presentation of the dishes is quite basic. Despite this, the quality of the products and the taste more than justify the price.
