“I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but unfortunately the bacon was missing. The burger itself tasted good, and I enjoyed the flavor. However, if customers pay for specific items, the order should be complete. I didn’t mention it at the time, but I hope this feedback helps improve attention to detail in the future.“
“The staff is super polite and friendly, my food was fast and the screens work well to place orders, the place is clean and you can see how they prepare their food at all times, these flavored burgers are not my favorites but I loved the milkshakes, this location recommended.“

“Small location, burgers are consistently great, fries are always perfectly cooked and taste amazing. Five guys is good for an occasional treat, I like that they have calories listed next to the options it helps me make better choices on a treat meal.“
“This is one of the best five guys I’ve ever been to, and a lot of it comes down to the staff. The manager, Shiniqua, is so warm, helpful, and friendly. All the people behind the grills are really efficient and kind too!
I’ve been here a handful of times, and it’s always a solid experience. My burger is always the way I want it and it comes out quite quickly. I can’t imagine how many people come in and out everyday, and how many may be tourists, but I’ve always seen everyone be really patient. I’ve also seen the manager go above and beyond, using the Spanish she knows to communicate with a customer trying to order. She’s also walked my roommate and I through soda options you could make on the machines.
The customer service experience here is really great front and back of house. They get all they need to get done and I’m sure it’s in part to strong leadership from Shiniqua.“
“The team at Five Guys on 48th Street is outstanding. The restaurant is consistently clean, the staff is friendly, and orders come out quickly even when it’s busy. You can really tell the team takes pride in their work and making customers feel welcome. This has easily become my go-to spot in the city for a great burger and fries. Always a solid experience.“

“Can’t believe I’ve lived in New York this long and never tried Five Guys ! Delicious Cheeseburger and Fries . The portion sizes are great because I felt like you get a lot for your money . First time seeing an accessible tea dispenser which was very cool . For that reason alone I knew I needed to write a review . Space is very clean and perfect spot to go into before or after a movie across the street. Easy to order and service is quick and smiles all around by the staff . See you all again soon . “I was there in March and aside from the ceiling leak (which was crazy how fast it was leaking) everyone working was great and the burger was awesome. The folks walking thru for the speakeasy could’ve been more pleasant to the five guys workers instead of demanding to know how to get there.“
“I usually get a bacon cheeseburger and fries; can’t really go wrong with that. My only problem is that usually other locations give a good amount of extra fries in the bag, but not this one.
I usually go to this location often, and I see the same guy at the fry station. And no offense, but he pours so little fries into the bag that you’d swear each fry came out of his paycheck. Other than that, everything is usually delicious and fresh“
“Most of the staff was lovely and friendly but the small man in black was very rude after 15 minutes and me asking politely if my order was ready he mumbled something an stormed off ! Luckily the young man who served us came over and got are order
